Hey guys I wanted to share a warm up I've been doing before my actual work outs. **Note: This is for advanced people and anyone trying this should have at least a year of PE experience**

Now before I introduce this I want to tell you guys this may be a workout in it of itself for some. But for others this is just a warm up. I've grown bigger and better and so this is just a warm up for me that I'd like to share with you guys.

Warm up requirements- Heat pad or hot water and some sort of lubricant for the jelqing portion or uli portion
Throughout your whole warm up you'll need constant heat from either a heat pad or hot water. If the water cools down, warm it up again.

Warm up routine (Format A)[For Length Sessions]:

- 1 minute helicopter
- 4 minute jelq ( 10-30% erect)
- 5 minute jelq (60%-100% erect)
- 5 minute Uli's
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight forward
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight down
- 10 minute Mandingo Stretch
- 5 minute Bundle Stretch

Warm up routine (Format B)[For Girth Sessions]:

- 1 minute helicopter
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight forward
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight down
- 10 minute Mandingo Stretch
- 5 minute Bundle Stretch
- 4 minute jelq ( 10-30% erect)
- 5 minute jelq (60%-100% erect)
- 5 minute Uli's

Looks great but I also suggest, as a warm-up, include Bundled Stretches. This is one of the newest improvements in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]. I have found that Bundled Stretching prior to any workout, length or girth, pre-stretch the Tunica allowing for much more expansion or elongation. 5 minutes worth is plenty. You are without a doubt correct. I completely forgot bundle stretch. I do this in my routine but I just blanked out.
 
Hmm don't agree... looks like a bloody routine

A warmup is not a workout

Just heat your dick up for 10mins, do some fire goat rolls some 360° rotations and youre warmed up

It's cool, I always want to interject that into the warm-up when I see it is not there.
 
50 minutes for the warmup, that's certainly swinging for the fences. But yeah, a lot of that is going to be workout-level stressor. If you're gaining on it ... keep doing it. If you ever hit diminishing returns with it, or decreased EQ etc, realize that it -is- itself an amount of workout, and that if you could just do workouts 24/7/365 (without ever pausing to heal and gain) then that would be the best way to workout. Since we do need time to pause and heal and gain, then working out too much is (at some point) going to be a real thing .. where workout out less will actually give faster gains.

But having said that, most people go nowhere near working out enough .. much less too much.

Anyway, none of that was what i started out to add:

Another way (or an additional way) to warm up ... is with Warmth.

Usually the ability to reach the correct target heat-range for a good warmup is so random that it can really be hit-and-miss, but recently I ran across a small and reasonably-priced heating pad that has a digital heat control that goes from 71 degrees to 170 degrees in 1 degree increments (!!!) .. perfect for hitting the 104 to 115 *F temps found to cause the best stretching of body collagens.

It's called the CARA Model 72 LCD Switch Heating Pad, Moist/Dry - by Cara .. pretty sweet.
 
I usually do 5 minutes of bundles, a minute or two of fire goat rolls, then I just masturbate to get a good erection and start pumping with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] going very slow and building up to max pressure over 3-4 minutes. I use warm water of a comfortable temperature in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. This always seems to work fine for me.
 
For those stating it's a workout. If you're too blind to read, I did state it was advanced. If you can't handle that warm up then don't bother doing it. This is made for people who have routines that revolve mainly around a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] or single technique for a girth session or use of a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] or hanging of some sort.

Also heat is already a direct warm up itself for whatever workout you want to do. But there are others that really want that warmed up feeling that don't get the same effects anymore, like me. So I made this a warm up routine for the hardcore. If you're too much of a pussy then don't do it. Maybe you'll reach this level one day.

Thanks for the feedback. People should invest in heat pads, water can be reheated too but it's easier with a pad.

In all honesty I have no idea what you're talking about nor do I know what your question is. If you could please rephrase what you stated that would be helpful.
 
I try to not do this sort of thing, but that was pretty flagrant .. and after at least one edit still remained that way, .. so, ..hopefully lightly and with a grin ...

If other people themselves might, ironically, be too blind to read, I've been a member here for 11 years (and into PE for nearly 14). Both of those numbers are somewhat larger than "a year".

I readily admit that I stopped doing PE having only reached 9x6.2. If I ever manage to stop being a pussy, I'll aspire to reach up to your level one day. :)

Well take into consideration I won't always be right. Also take into consideration that my statements are not facts. Take into consideration that the quantity of experience of 1 year is coming from MY experience. So lightly and with a grin...realize that you can internally evaluate this and decide for yourself that the warm up is right for you or not. And that's it. I got to the level of you in around 1.5 years so to say. We're all different. So stop being a pussy. Hahaha just kidding man. Sorry for stating that, I won't edit my previous statement with the word "pussy" because I was just pissed that day and I'm sorry to share the negativity with you guys.

That is a fine way to warm up just be sure to start out very gentle and work up slowly to good intensity. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] can also be used as a warmup.

Just work up slowly and progressively, a warm up is getting ready for the intensity not the intensity itself.
