Hey guys I wanted to share a warm up I've been doing before my actual work outs. **Note: This is for advanced people and anyone trying this should have at least a year of PE experience**
Now before I introduce this I want to tell you guys this may be a workout in it of itself for some. But for others this is just a warm up. I've grown bigger and better and so this is just a warm up for me that I'd like to share with you guys.
Warm up requirements- Heat pad or hot water and some sort of lubricant for the jelqing portion or uli portion
Throughout your whole warm up you'll need constant heat from either a heat pad or hot water. If the water cools down, warm it up again.
Warm up routine (Format A)[For Length Sessions]:
- 1 minute helicopter
- 4 minute jelq ( 10-30% erect)
- 5 minute jelq (60%-100% erect)
- 5 minute Uli's
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight forward
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight down
- 10 minute Mandingo Stretch
- 5 minute Bundle Stretch

- 1 minute helicopter
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight forward
- 10 minute Erect Stretch straight down
- 10 minute Mandingo Stretch
- 5 minute Bundle Stretch
- 4 minute jelq ( 10-30% erect)
- 5 minute jelq (60%-100% erect)
- 5 minute Uli's
