So I'm new to all this. I am currentely 6 inches long and like 5 inches around at the base. Safe to say i'm embarrased in the locker room cause everyone is bigger then me. I'll post a pic but please tell me what program is the most successful for you. Even if you gained just an inch I tried Magna RX all it did was make my piss smell weird. Ok...Your talking about a jelq. When you make an ok sign with your fingers over the base of your semi-erect penis...you then sqeeze the ok sign, and milk upwards forcing blood to the glands. 2 seconds means it should be kinda slow, 2 seconds long. Do about 300 of them
 
its all preference...what ever gives you the best grip and is comfortable...I use palms up, but they are facing my penis in a way
 
ahh...good question...it depends...you can expect anywhere from a few months (more than 4) to almost a year...it depends how dedicated you are and how your routines are.

I am not 100 percent sure of this but I do know that I gained.
