Thanks for the compliments. I used to do manual stretching and jelqing, but now I only use a max-xtender for as long as i can each day, when i study, and i have also been wearing it while i sleep. I set my alarm to go off every hour, and reapply the stretcher after doing some jelqs for circulation every hour. I dont use the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words]-xtender anymore, you can get more tension with the max-xtender
