Hi,
If the following exercises arent named yet i would like to name them ;)

F-Stretch
Use a normal OK-grip behind your best friends head and stretch with full power. Now you grab the stretching hand with you second on over the hand's back on the lower edge firmly and use both hand's power to get a very strong stretch.

Assisted F-Stretch
You can perform the F-Stretch in a standing position and pull your ass back to increase the amount for collected muscles power. IF that is still not enough hang a heavy weight on the stretching hand to get even more forces working on it.

F-Blaster
Do F-Stretch and perform kegels and reverse kegels while doing that to get a DLD-Blasterlike effect.

Assisted F-Blaster
Simply perform the F-Blaster with assist(s) as in the Assisted F-Stretch, if something down there is really tough.

Extreme pull power and very high intensity. Unfortunetly too high for my self yet (only few weeks in Penis Enlargement).

I am having problems with the F-Position. Can you sketch something for clarity?
 
can't edit anymore so i need to post again. after gripping as written and 'drawn' you can turn the assisting hand a bit to find the favorite angle on that position.
 
I will give it a go. I am still having problems understanding but I think if I give it a try I can figure it out. Thanks for your contribution. Rep points added.
 
ok ive looked the words up for the position.

perform a stretch in the ok-grip (not the reverse one). the head should pop out and the shaft should be in the other hand.

now grab the stretching hand hand on the lowe hand edge and put the thumb on the wrist.

in comparision to a stretch with foot assist you can go in any direction without requirements in fexibility or limits.
 
tested some variations today...

i got the most firm grip if i grab with thumb, index finger, middle finger. very nice pull :)

ohhh btw new exercise invented:

F-Bunny
Perform and F-Stretch for 5 minutes. While that time you always stretch with the stretching hand, but the assisting hand is sometimes assisting and sometimes not.

f.e.
5 seconds F-Stretch, 5 seconds single stretch, repeat... After 5 minutes you take care of the blood circulation with you preferred method.

When you stretch with both hands ( F-Stretch ) you perform a 5 second Kegel and when you stretch with one hand you perform a 5 second Reverse Kegel. In the next set you change the 2 versions of the Kegel. ( F-Stretch + Reverse Kegel / one-handed Stretch + Kegel)

This is always good when someone either makes a new exercise or a variation of it because this is how our ''sport'' evolves and a simple variation of an old method can yield massive potential that the old dead method didnt manage with, or the method wasnt quite the feel with some users. Good job.

it is quite funny how i got the idea. i was totally tired after heavy work followed the gym and too weak for a stretch. so ive had to find a stronger way and the exercise was born.

So true. Even if you think someone may have come up with an exercise still post it just in case, it may be an exercise that will help thousands.

take care with that stretches. ive had to pause the Penis Enlargement for 1 week, because the stretch was far too intense. with the downward f-stretch i can easily build up a maximum force of 250kg (562,5lbs) + gravitational forces effecting the ligs.
 
quite simple:
-dips for the armwork
-addional load may be added by spinal movements (machine crunch)
-gravity is adding your torso's weight, if you do it standing
-an addional kegel adds a slight force too

that is a lot.

im a noob myself and have been doing these since a started about a month and a half ago. ive heard/felt a few lig pops because of it (which didnt really hurt but felt weird) so i dont do them as often anymore. don't want to damage anything down there. they can be very intense, depending on the amount of force one uses.

i didnt know these were new exercises. i thought everyone did them, lol.
 
Yeah and I did try weight. Grip on the skin is best after shower or even just rinsing quickly
"for the purpose(ad hoc without a sock, or, with a sock)".

Lig pops are nothing to fear. They may seem strange but they are nothing more than air being released from behind the ligaments at the pubic bone. Very much like cracking your knuckles.
 
ive been doing the same thing but never knew it was called the f stretch
jus cuz my penis was getting used to the amount of force i was pulling at
