If the following exercises arent named yet i would like to name them
F-Stretch
Use a normal OK-grip behind your best friends head and stretch with full power. Now you grab the stretching hand with you second on over the hand's back on the lower edge firmly and use both hand's power to get a very strong stretch.
Assisted F-Stretch
You can perform the F-Stretch in a standing position and pull your ass back to increase the amount for collected muscles power. IF that is still not enough hang a heavy weight on the stretching hand to get even more forces working on it.
F-Blaster
Do F-Stretch and perform kegels and reverse kegels while doing that to get a DLD-Blasterlike effect.
Assisted F-Blaster
Simply perform the F-Blaster with assist(s) as in the Assisted F-Stretch, if something down there is really tough.
Extreme pull power and very high intensity. Unfortunetly too high for my self yet (only few weeks in Penis Enlargement).
