DLD gave me this idea from his foot stretches using isometrics. I call it the Morning Wood Stretch. As most of us we wake up with a brick hard dick....so from there while in bed lay on your stomach and put your unit between your legs with the head pointing toward your feet. You will feel an awesome stretch so from there do a Kegel and hold for 10+ seconds and then repeat the Kegels and hold for as many times as you can. Most of the time I can get 3 or 4 sets in before I go limp. I think this exercise is going to be an add-on for Penis Enlargement! I just started doing the Morning Wood Stretch so I have no results to claim as of yet.
 
I think a lot of people will have problems trying to bend their dick that way. Some guys erections are at a lower angle and shouldnt have too much of a problem.
 
I believe German Stallion had a exercise similar to this, I can't remember what it was but hopefully he will check in and let us know.
 
You can train your dick to bend at the base while erect, ever heard of erect pushdowns? It just take time and patience, and knowledge of you dicks limitations for each session, after awile you can push futher down towards 6 oclock, and then past that.

Which would validate this exercise as a great ligament stretch. The angle going from 10:00 to 6:00 would equal about an inch of ligament stretch giving the penis an inch of length.

I'd like to add that erect pushdowns really adds strength to your erection if done correctly. I still do these from time to when bored, a great addition to any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] routine IMO.

I just did some last night, feel great and I can really feel the ligament stretch.

It was really just a set that lasted about 15 minutes. I would simply keep erect and push it downward as there was room.

Yeah I agree 15 mins is about all you need with this, it makes the base of my cock so sore, like a good sore though, like a workout.

Yeah, this is one of the stretching exercises that I feel sore after...rare thing for me.
