I need help growing my penis in LENGTH, right now I am about 4.5 inches. I am hoping to get around 6. This forum is overwhelming though. Can somebody please point me in the right direction? Also I can't really buy anything right now since my parents can easily open a package and I would have ALOT of explaining to do. Thanks alot for your help guys, I thought I was doomed until I stumbled upon here.
 
ok what you need to due is startout with a begining foundation program. strech 25 mins, 5 mins in each direction, (up, down left right and Out.) After that warm up with a hot wrap for 5 mins. Then do some light jelqing. Start off the first week doing 10 mins. next week do 15 mins, 3rd week doing 20 mins, and from then on do 25 minute sessions full intensity. After you jelqing session, always warm down with a warm wrapp for 10 mins. (important). If you have any other questions or concerns hollar. Also start some kegel muscle contractions. they will give you powerfull erections, and many other sexual benifts
 
What is jelqing exactly? Masturbation? I went to the glossary and I got a rather vague definition:
"Also known as "jelq", it is the "milking or stoking" of the penis to enlarge it. This method is said to have been used for Penis Enlargement for thousands of years. Jelq is effective for expanding length and girth."
When you say stretch, do you mean just pulling the skin on the penis?(I'm circumsized)
And what is a wrap exactly?

Also I meant 4.5 inches ERECT but right now I'm excercising and dieting to lose that fat around the pubic area. I'd like to clear that up, so as you can imagine my flaccid penis isn't looking to good.
 
ok paradim....here is what i am going to do. I am goin to write a detailed description of everything you need to know that i have done and that has worked for me. OK? so im gonna begin now, and soon within an hour you will have it. I will post it here.
 
Streching

1) Before you begin streching your penis, Wrap a warm washcloth around it for 5 mins.(Resoak the cloth and ring it out when the cloth isnt warm anymore)

2) Now, with a A OK sign with your hands, with your palms faceing the cieling, grip the flaccid penis directly under the Head/glans.(you want to have a firm grip but not killer, you dont want to cut off circulation to the head) Also pull down any loose skin so that when you strech , your streching the penis, not the skin.

3) After doing the amout of streches i suggested earlier, you gonna want to go back to the bathroom, and do another warm up for 5 mins with the washcloth. Always dry your penis off completly.

4) NOw here is how you jelq. get your semi erect state, not erect but not softty. now your grip is gonna be the Aok sign with your thumb and pointer finger. Now with you palms facing down, grip your penis at the base closest to your pelvic bone as you can get. NOw this is where the "milking" comes in.
SLowly slide you hand down your shaft untill you reach just below the head. DO NOT JELQ OVER THE HEAD!Now at the same time you reach the end of the shaft/below the head, you gonna want to reapeat the same proceder with the other hand. by gripping the base and sliding down.(each stroke should last 2 or 4 seconds) so basically your trapping the blood building it up. so about 5 mins thru your jelq routine your penis should be bigger than a regualr erection, but not hard, you will be able to bend it.

5) The more you do it, the more you will understand it. after 3 sessions, you will have it down pact. OK, so after you due the desired amount of time, you gonna wanna swing yuor dick around, or "Helicoper" It will create circulation anbd get things flowing again.

6) After your done jelq go back to the bathroom, and do a 10 minute warm down. this is the most important warm up/down of them all. as your warming down also gently massage mr. winky.

Random things you need to know

-When jelq use some sort of lube. I suggest vaseline. or bag balm.

-start off with 2 days on 1 day off Ex.( Mon tuesday workout---wensday take off. thurs fri workout...take saterday off,)

- It is a good idea to shave or buzz your pubic hairs, not only will you penis appear bigger, but if you dont, your Penis Enlargement sessions will be painfull. pulling hairs out and all that. just messey...buzz it off.

-Also you said something about how your very unhappy with your flaccid size.
I suggest yuou go out to gnc or a place like that and purchase some ARGINMAX or magna rx or something along those lines. They are to be taken as a supplement to Penis Enlargement. What they do is make blood flow to the penis constant, so your flaccid hang will be lower and fatter, and also i think it help healing time . The arginmax i suggested is prob best bet cause its cheap 15 bucks for 90 pills, works very good. however if you choose not to do this that is fine too. Penis Enlargement gives you better flaccid hang, but remeber supplemnts only help.
