my current routine
morning
10 min- stretching
5 min- rotary cranks
5 min- DLD blasters or A-stretch
15 min- stretching including BTC
20 mins- hanging 3 kgs
i have made a homemade [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] stretcher similar to a legstrap....but its not that comfortable so i wear it for 30 mins at a time ....making it stretched for 2-3 hours a day.....
this is till the PF comes...

any changes in routine guys ?? cuz i feel my gains had stopped coming ....but after i made the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] stretcher i feel that it will get me back to progress....
