I've been Penis Enlargement on and off for the last six months, I gained about 2 cm in erect length, but only 5 mm or less of girth. My erect length is 21 cm bp and erct girth (at the thickest point of the shaft) is between 12,7 cm and 13,2 cm, depending on state of arousal. I have the baseball bat shape, and my base and mid shaft girth are about 12 cm, and my head girth is almost 14 cm.
I really need to exercise for girth, but I get so nervous when I Penis Enlargement sometimes that I find it hard to keep an 90+% erection. I usually do ULIs and DLD Bends. I edge before each, but I have to restimulate myself again after each repetition. Is this good enough to make girth gains? I usually train for 3o mins every other day. Would pumping or clamping help? What do you guys recommend. I would like to reach my goals of 23 cm (about 9 inches) bp, and 14,5 cm (5.75 inches) of girth at the widest part and 13,5 cm at the base (5.3 inches), I want to keep the baseball bat shape. these are the goals I would like to accomplish before the end of 2005. Well your goals are very well within reach. I do almost solely girth work myself so I think I could be of service. Uli's and Bends are wonderful exercises - but don't limit yourself to these. I've had a new found appreciation for jelqing after a long time of just doing clamping/constrictor exercises and squeeze type exercises. You may be amazed at how fast the girth piles on.

As for keeping the erection, I have a WONDERFUL tool that I use each and every time. It's a cock ring, though it's designed as a rubber hose "noose" with a bead to keep it tight. I usually slap it around the entire package and keeping that high erection level becomes less of an issue.

I also take several supplements that I think aid with erections. Also, keeping some adult entertainment up and going while you are training may become a necessity. Whatever it takes though, right?

As far as that being enough to make gains... yes maybe for now. When you notice it's losing its potency, up the intensity or try a different routine. You will find upping the intensity is a must as you go along.

If you'd like to keep the baseball bat shape, that's no problem. Avoid exercises that target the lower shaft *specifically.* Also avoid heavy hanging, that tends to build up the base.

Good Luck man, you have AWESOME starting stats and your goals will be no problem. I can see you changing your goals in the near future.
