HI guys I'm new here and just starting my journey of Penis enlargement my goals and stats are in my sig. Anyway my current routine is as follows:
warm up in shower
Stretch outward, down, up, sides (across, up diagonal, down diagonal and behind the cheeks) each stretch lasts 30 quick kegals so about 25 seconds per stretch. I will do three sets of these.
25 slow cranks to the left and right with every second crank holding the kegal for the duration of the crank.
ill try to do 50 jelqs in the shower but that might not happen
finally i'll edge for half an hour.
so what do you think feel free to comment or add suggestions
