Hi am currently 8.5 bp x 5.5 eg and im shooting for 9.5 by 5.75-6....
cocoa butter lotion and doing jelqs:
20 slow jelqs straight out
20 slow jelqs to the left
20 slow jelqs to the right
20 slow jelqs straight up
20 slow jelqs straight down while squatting
doing 3 sets per session 3 times a day
after this i use a piece of toilet paper to get a good grip and do the mandingo stretch while squatting...also 3 sets, 3 times a day.
i also am using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 3 times a week for 20 mins a session
