I am going to hit the Penis Enlargement hard and consistent this month and see how much I can gain. I measured today and I will measure again on April 1 to see how well I did. I am going to keep a log of my daily activities (I may not get to update daily, but when I update I will account for every day).

Guys, I have a bad tendancy to slack off, so break out your drill instructor attitudes and keep me on the straight path.

(6) 20 minute hang sessions @ 15 lbs (2 hrs+ total hang time, heating pad applied during and in between sets)
250 wet jelqs
 
Wednesday, March 2:
(3) 20 minute hang sessions @ 15 lbs (1 hr+ total hang time, heating pad applied during and in between sets)
250 wet jelqs
 
Thursday, March 3:
(3) 25 minute hang sessions @ 10 lbs (1 hr 15 min total hang time, heating pad during and in between sets)
250 wet jelqs
 
Friday, March 4:
(1) 20 minute hang session @ 15 lbs
(2) 25 minute hang sessions @ 10 lbs
(1) 20 minute hang session @ 10 lbs (1 hr 30 min total hang time, heating pad applied during and in between sets)
250 wet jelqs
 
Saturday & Sunday, March 5 & 6:
Rest Days- No Penis Enlargement (mainly because I had family visiting and had a mid-term)
 
Monday, March 7: Two sessions:

(1) 20 minute hang session @ 10 lbs

Night-

No Penis Enlargement.

Wife had car probs during the day; had drinks with friends that night. Drank more than I should have, got home late, went to bed.

I have a question...are those wet jelqs all out hard as can get wet jelqs with a lot of pressure or ones similar to the ones reccomended between each set? I was thinking of doing jelqs afterward also and wanted to know how much pressure you are putting on each jelq? Thanks.
 
Jelqs are a good exercise, but they're not the most effective girth builder out there. Have you experimented with Uli's and/or Slow-Squash Jelq's (SSJ)? I wouldn't recommend them if you're brand new to Penis Enlargement, but if you've had atleast a couple months of Penis Enlargement they're one of the best girth exercises to use.

Well, they start off (first 50 or so) fairly ineffective, since after the hanging my penis is pretty limp, but the last 200 or so are pretty intense ( up to appx 90% erect) with some Uli's and H440 squeezes thrown in when it gets really erect.

When they first start getting intense the head/glans is pretty sensitive/ a little sore from the hanging, but it eventually works itself out.

When I'm working girth intensely, I do some jelq/clamp/pumping workouts, but right now I am really hitting length harder than girth. Thanks for the input though.

I just have to say this week has been really bad for Penis Enlargement. I'm on spring break and thought I would be able to get in some killer Penis Enlargement time, but the wife has been really sick and I've had to nurse her and take care of the son, cook, clean, etc. It makes for ZERO time during the day to get in any Penis Enlargement and I am forced to do any Penis Enlargement after everybody goes to sleep (as opposed to being able to do it during the day while they are at work/school). That's why all of may workout updates have been after 2:00 AM for the last week. This sucks, but I'm plugging along.
 
Well, the Penis Enlargement has been pretty much non-existent since the last post. I came down sick with some BAD shit (the stuff I referred to my wife having). Oh well, time to get back on it...

But... at 7 3/8 my BPFSL is 1/8 inch more than when I started. Damn it, had I not gotten sick I think the results would have been better. Shows how important it is to remain consistent. Now for April...

The thing that really pisses me off is my fat pad. I'm not fat, although I could stand to lose 10-12 lbs, but my fat pad is abt 1 1/4 inches, which means that with a normal erection (as opposed to the raging hard-on I have when I do "official" measurements), my Non-BPenis EnlargementL is abt 5 3/4.
