MOS/PE is as much a routine as showering and brushing my teeth

Exactamondo! If PE is not incorporated as part of your daily schedule things will be difficult. Get into the habit quickly so you can gain with confidence!

Morning:

CR while doing kegels during morning shower
Phallosan for 6 hours

Evening:

Warm up with hot water soak for 5 minutes
50 wet jelqs
BM session 1st set @ 8 minutes, 2nd set @ 7 minutes and 3rd set @ 6 minutes. 25 wet jelqs after each set
CR for 1 hour

Friday was one of those days where you needed an extra set of hands. I had to skip my PF session today as my office duties did not allow for regular bathroom breaks and this is when I switch sides.

Evening:

Warm up for 10 minutes in hot bath
50 wet jelqs
BM session 1st set @ 8 minutes, 2nd set @ 7 minutes and 3rd set @ 6 minutes. 25 wet jelqs after each set
CR for 1 hour

Rest day

This would normally be a rest day but I was able to get in a BM session during my morning shower
I warmed up with some wet jelqs and followed up with 3 sessions @ 5 minutes each.
CR for 1 hour.
This was a condensed version but was better than nothing due to being off of my game the week before

I had to skip my BM for a family event. This week has been a tough week for my consistency, hoping next week will get me back on track
 
Thank you MrP and hg. Last week was a bad week for my training. I had some things on my mind and one thing I can say is that when you have things on your mind, it will screw up your mojo. I am hoping to get back in the groove this week.

After having a pretty bad week for BM sessions, I managed to get in 2 10 minute sessions this day. These were condensed sessions but it was nice to be able to fit it in

Do you think working on length and girth is hindering either or have you gained in both

I can relate. it affects girth exercise the most.

Thank you for the kind words MBB. From my experience, working on both has not hindered me. I have added length and girth since I started. There are guys here that work on one or the other and some work on both but it all depends on the person as everyone is different.
