Morning:

Cock ring while doing kegels during morning shower

Evening:

Warm up with 25 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 1st set @ 8 minutes, 2nd set @ 7 minutes and 3rd set @ 6 minutes. Kegels during 1st set and 25 wet jelqs after each set
CR for 1 hour

I can't wait to upgrade to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] extreme. All I need to do now is to hang and use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] together for 6 months only and then switch over to girth.

I was not able to use the PF this date and had to take a day off.

Evening:

Warm up for 5 minutes in hot water soak
50 wet jelqs

CR for 1 hour

CR for 1 hour

Warm up with CR while doing kegels during morning shower

I was able to get in a condensed [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session this day due to missing Friday and Saturday. I was able to do 2 7 minute sets while taking an afternoon shower after some yard work.

Not bad my Brother, 2 seven minute sets is netter than none! You are kicking ass and you can afford some time off.

I am pretty sure that the x50 is massive because I thought the x40 was huge when I got it. The look was intimidating but the results are nice

BM session 1st set @ 7 minutes, 2nd set @ 6 minutes and 3rd set @ 5 minutes. 25 wet jelqs after each set
CR for 1 hour

The pumps always look massive for the first time but when you keep on using it, you get used to it appearance.

When my Goliath arrived when they first came out I was in hysterics laughing my ass off. The thing is the size of a fire hydrant. I could actually store a Hercules inside of a Goliath. Intimidating indeed!

No BM session this day. This week is proving to be a difficult week with work related stress but I will get my mind back in the game

Life can get in the way of our routine but we should strive to stay committed and consistent with our routine.
