Warm up during shower with 5 minutes manual stretches

Phallogenetics for 1 hour The stretch was intense for this hour and I was sore when I removed it so this should be good

Overall, I feel that my sessions are productive but I want to get in more hanging sessions and add in some more [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] work

Thanks D. I am going to slowly up the intensity over the next month or so and that will put me pretty close to measuring day.

As well as the padding to aid in comfort whilst you hang, why don't you try attaching the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] a little further back towards the base. Also , stretch out while you are clamping down so you are getting a good hold of the internals. Another excellent session btw.

Thanks B, I will give that a try this evening. I know what happens when you clamp on too close to the head, don't want to do that again, lol. I am determined to get this [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] working in my favor. I think that I am getting a decent stretch with it but I know it can deliver more

I am using the wrap that Bearded Baldy demonstrated in his last video. The only thing that I have different is the 2nd layer. I am using a piece of pipe insulation that is for A/C lines. It is a good padding and it also has some grip properties.

15 minute hanging session @ 5# ( I had to cut my time off at 15 minutes because the skin had rolled up right behind the glans and looked as if it would pop) I am going to work more on pulling the skin back to the base during my wrap.

When I did this last night, the difference was night and day difference. Had it not been for the skin rolling to the front, I feel that I easily could have accomplished my 1st 2 set 20 minute hanging sessions. I will work more on this next week

Sometimes that is the deal but getting in 5 minutes of stretching is still keeping you involved. So even on off days a bit of PE will keep your head in the game.

I don't let it bother me D, I pretty much know that my weekends are going to be taken up with all kinds of family activities so I just do a little and get prepared for the next week

It is legal anywhere in Nevada besides the Reno/Carson and Las Vegas Metro areas where the population exceeds 700,000 in the county. There is a large red light district east of Carson City in Moundhouse. It is near a few wrecking yards. One of them was called Red light auto at one time. Most of the other ones are scattered across the state out in the middle of nowhere.
 
11/12/17 was another one of those days dedicated to family and the honey do list so I did not do much. I was able to do 5 minutes of stretching during my morning shower and managed 3 more 5 minute manual stretching sessions during bathroom breaks during the day. Not much but enough to keep the motivation elevated

I used the mod on my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] to do a hanging session last night and it worked pretty well. I attached the pipe cleaner around the bell just as I would doing the Phallogenetics mod. I made a loop to hold the clip that came with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I attached my 5 pound weight and was able to do a full hanging session. This seemed to work well with the 5# weight but I will have to experiment more to see how much more weight it will hold before slipping. The one thing I did notice was that the 5 pounds seemed a lot lighter doing it this way opposed to using the same weight with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].
