My First PE Injury

So I have been in the game for 6 months now and feeling good with my gains. I recently hit my first wall and so I added more intense exercises in my routine. To make a long story shot, I started noticing a bit of blood in my urethra. It's not much blood. It doesn't trickle down, it's just there when I stretch

I feel very discouraged I have been making gains with my new routine. The question is, should I continue to work through it or take time off?

Take about a week off and let it heal. It's happened to me before. Just let it heal and you'll be fine.

I've had this happen from both clamping and pumping - a minor tear in the urethra. In my experience, it's not even related to being a newbie at a particular exercise - I pumped and/or clamped for well over a year before I ever experienced this.
Take a few days off and then go a little easier when you start up again. It's also a good idea to drink a good amount of water before you Penis Enlargement so that when you're done, you can take a piss. This will flush any blood from a tear out and prevent it from drying/clotting inside the urethra.

Many of us go through this, it usually takes a week to heal. It is a tear in the urethra and it needs time off to heal or you will consistently rip it open. One week is enough time for healing.

THanks for the feedback guys. I have added footlongs stretches to my routine and I'm pretty sure it was this that caused the injury. Man this stretch is so intense! Should I remove it from my routine? I love this stretch but maybe it's just too much for me right now.

that happened to me during some erect jelqs. After 5 days I started only massaging. then after 7 I did light stretching. day 10 I restarted routine

It would be difficult to know how it happened, there are so many ways the urethra can become nicked when doing Penis Enlargement. Stick with the Footlongs just give yourself a few days off first.

Injury update: Just came back from the doctor and there is still small traces of blood in my urine. What disturbing to me is the tip of my penis head around my urethra has turned white. The doctor said it's not an infection but caused by trauma. I didn't tell him it was from Penis Enlargement but rather a sports injury. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I just want to get back to pe'ing ffs!

I know how u feel man. To make things worse my parents are gone away for 2 weeks so i had the whole house to myself but now i can't do any P.E! I was makeing great gains and i'm dieing to start back again! Yessir, he said to call him in a weeks time + He also gave me some polysporin to heal faster. I'm sure it's nothing serious and the doc showed no concern. I just don't want to tear this thing up again.

So I took 2 weeks off and just re-injured my penis again. I just think my routine is way too intense for me. I'm soooo pissed off right now. My dick is a mess! What do I do now?

Okay I'm back and healthy again. I just have a question about recovery. It really seems like its taking longer to recover now. The tip of my penis stays red for a longer period after stretching. Anyone else notice this after coming off an injury??

That will happen to everyone, very normal. If [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], Hanging is used you will see even a darker color. This is blood pressure an it is normal.
