Hey, here is my experience with jelquing!
i used to do a ton of stretching, that was over the course of the past 18months, but i began to realize that it was making my penis weak and was not able to keep erect for a long time
i used to stretch up to 3 hours a day, someitmes even more! i liked it so much and it felt so good for me!!
now im beginning to kegal. what i do is lay on my back, get erect and see how long i can hold my penis up, this is a very good exercise, most newbies wont last 10 seconds!!
so by doing this new exercise iv been noticing gains. and my penis is stronger and longer.
i highly suggest not masturbating after a workout. i like to go 1 month even 2 months without masterbaiting to keep me on the edge!
