guys for the past few weeks i have only been doing length work and not a single girth exercise or a single jelq....
but i realized my morning wood has gone and i have suddenly become a deep sleeper....this happened when i recently started smoking again after 6 months and i have been drinking quite a but also ....but like 2-4 beers a day ..its kinda regular also....this has effected my sleep ..i mean made me a deep sleeper....
also i am kinda depressed with my life due to my size.....

what could be the cause ???

Depression alone can make you sleep more. Along with stress and bad habits. It is normal when the penis is fatigued from stretching to lose morning erections. If you take a day or two break they should come back if this is what you desire.
 
Neither do i,DLD said its ok,he doesnt get a lot of morning woods either,so dont worry about it ;)

Morning wood is in no way a mathematical constant of EQ, it is only something that happens to some men and not others. All men get wood throughout the night but for some it is just not in the morning. I can tell you straight off, limit the booze, this can cause many problems outside of PE. Drinking too much alcohol will effect your eq big time...ever hear of whiskey dick? Your depression is most likely due to the routine you have with drinking. Depression becomes worse with alcohol and it also can serious fuck with your sleep. I drink myself but it is very disciplined, one glass of red wine every evening, that it. I am a firm believer is moderation and discipline. I am not a believer in quoting anything, I would see a man be much stronger if he was able to control his drinking rather than quick all together. For some this may seem impossible but it really isn't it is a practice in discipline. Whenever I quit something and say to myself "I can never do that again" it brings a deeper desire to do it, a compulsion of sorts. But when I set limits I empower myself and this has spread through my entire life.

DLD i usedto wrap my penis with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap at night ......but when i usedto get boner the wrap would kinda get bunched up at be or slowly start sliding off from base area......what should i do here???
and i tie the wrap very very losely

Excellent insight and I can relate on many levels. Getting to your dreams is something that is done piece by piece. If a dream were easy it would not be a dream:) And you are also right with the fact that we can be living in Heaven but feel like it's hell and for others they can be in the middle of hell but living in Heaven.

its about fighting a problme or situtaion and not giving in...
so clearyl i will be 8 inches soon

And this is hard!

Every problem is an opportunity in disguise!

Problems is where the true value info is being held.

Ok lets build up a weird ass scenario.

Your playing wow.

And your lvl 29. And you just can't seem to defeat this boss.

No matter what you do.

So eventually you start to look through everything.

Your items. Your specc. Everything.

And eventually. It turns out... You are still using lvl 1 skills.

You have some of them at lvl 5 but you never changed them. So you are shooting small pew pew magics. With no dmg.

You change this. And not only can you defeat the boss. You also became alot better in general.

The problem became the solution.

My latest problem. (And this is real life)
I got a shoulder injury.

So started to look through ways to fix this.

It turns out my posterior chain was fucked my shoulders had a forward tilt (i thought that i had fixed that)

So im talking with all the people who is smarter than me on these subjects. And eventually i get in contact with this huge ass bodybuilder. Who gives me advise and goes through every exercise that im doing.

Now 1 and a half month later. My back looks like a fucking kite due to the v shape that i got. Turns out i have been doing something wrong in my pull downs for years and now fixing it. My posture looks great due to specific training of that matter. And 1 week ago i had to deliver a drug test as the local gym thought i was on roids.

So basicly my shoulder injury gave me steroid like results. Just swallow that for a moment.

Now could i have reacted otherwise? Ofcourse.

Every untrained person i met told me it was due to overtraining. I could have taken a 2 week breaks felt good about it told myself this was how it is. And that i couldn"t do anything And probably never moved through that plateau.

Telling people in the future that people beyond my level was natural freaks or on roids.

You see? Attitude towards resistance WILL differentiate between you being the king or a fucking loser (sorry for the bad english)

By accepting that you don't need to be perfect. And the fact that what is happening in your life right now is fucking interesting. Is what will change you.

And ye im saying this now with a secure job etc.

But i said the same thing when i was a newky starting guy who could barely cover ends meet.

The attitude towards life is key.

Just think about my role here.

Yet people text me with questions etc. And actually they did that pretty much from the beginning. But look in my signature. Im giving my thx to dld and redzulu. No matter who talks with me. They will know that those 2 created me in the PE world.

You should never take something and not give something back. If you keep the balance. Life will reward you.

A lot of people say that my mind works like Game Theory (or Nash Theorem). I see the same line of thought in your post and the one before this. It is good to have someone that shares this methodology in the thought process.

this chess theory or quote can relate to how good and bad are apart of our life. Where the white is the good in life positive(Yang) and the black is negative(Yin). You get to choose what move you make In life be it positive or negative. If you make a mistake you have made a negative move and attract negative. (Which is the black chess piece moving in to take you out). So do you wanna beat negativey or do you wanna stay negative. You have to make the right moves more often than not in life. Impossible to be all positive probably in life; but negaitive is in life and a positive move is a 100 times stronger than a negative move. So we have to learn to accept it and move forward to better things in life. I'm not sure if this is what you mean DLD but this is what stood out for me. Its a great quote.

Definitely in line with my thinking. Nash Theory is a very complex economical theory that much of the bigger business world uses to further their growth in any one field. But, even though this is an economic model it still remains very relative to all parts of life. For instance, lets say you are in a bar and there are 10 men and 10 women. You are first observing this as an outsider, meaning you are not part of the count. Lets say this is a Friday night and the bar stars pretty much the same on Saturday. So as an observer you look at the patrons on Friday to see the hierarchy of what is happening. You notice the most beautiful woman there and you notice the best looking male there. From this point each person drops in value based on their looks. So number 2 will be slightly less attractive than 1 and it follows this order through all 10 men and 10 women. Making note of this hierarchy you go home and crunch these numbers. So Saturday night rolls around and you hit the same bar. Your goal in all this is to get with the number 1 women, beating out the 10 men that are there. You see that the number 1 female is getting attention from all 10 of the men. Now you know being the 11th man is not going to help much, there is already way to much demand for this female. Now you notice that the #2 woman is sitting next to the #1 woman and she is not happy because #1 is getting all the attention. Nash Theory comes into play at this point. Instead of going for the #1 female you go for the #2. Since you are close enough to #1 she is thinking, why is #2 getting all the attention from this guy, he should be giving me the attention. Something amazing happens here and #1 ignores all the other men to find a way to woo your attention. You start to talk to #1 now and all of a sudden you not only have number 1, but you also have numbers 2-10! So that night you leave with the woman of your choice. This is the best example of Game (Nash) Theory I can think of. This same thing happens in the business world on a different level but all the same it is relative.
