My schedules have been fluctuating every day, and I've been having a hard time keeping up a constant daily routine.

Regardless, I think positive results can be seen/felt in as littles as 10-15min a day. Just make sure the time you do get, you use it well. That's for me anyway, and I'm just a novice. I know other guys on this board dedicate hour or more daily.

You have to make good use of the time that you DO have.

Also, how important is Penis Enlargement on your heirarchy of life right now? If it's one of your top priorities, and you want to get fast gains, you're going to have to dedicate and put other things aside.
 
My girth workout lasts over an hour and my length workout lasts about 45 minutes.

I used to only work girth for about 20 minutes but wasn't seeing very good results. Now I'm seeing great results with the longer workout.
 
damn...an hour on girth daily seems crazy..i just may have to start doing that to see some gains myself...i do about 20min of girth exercises daily (cable clamp, uli) and a lot of kegels..maybe like 5min wet jelq..
 
I recently cranked my routine up a notch... since I haven't gained anything yet I figured I'd try to go all out, and ended up splitting my routine into seperate girth and stretching sessions. I just finished doing a 35 minute girth workout consisting of intense jelqs, ulis, ferrari megapumps and some overhand grip horizontal movements. I'll do a minimum of 20 minutes worth of stretching later tonight, and of course more kegels and toilet stretches, too. The total time would be over an hour of exercising, and I'll keep doing this from now on. I obviously can't make any gains with anything less than that.

Oh BTW Mowinman, I got the lil man up and running again (which can be inferred from the post..duh.)!! ;)
I dunno what the hell happened, but all of a sudden my dick started functioning again after about 2 weeks of total limpness.
I'm so happy I feel like weeping (well not quite, but almost)!!<:(
No more shitty 20-30 minute workouts for me!
 
1 hour stretching per day 7 days a week (A-stretches,Blasters,Squatting Stretches)

10 mins ulis here and there fairly often since im going for length only basically
 
45 minutes general workouts, dry jelque, squeezes, bends evenings before bed.

BTM, All night stretch 7 hrs

15 minute morning stretch

5 days on 2 days off
 
My basic stretching routine takes about 12-15 minutes. Then I lube up, get an acceptable erection level to work with and do wet jelqs for about 15-30 minutes.

I'm sure I'll be spending more time as I advance. I took some time off a while back and got a nasty sounding lig pop upon my return to Penis Enlargement. I had never had one before and I'm not really too concerned about it, after discussing the matter here, but it shows I need to step back into my routine slowly...and not fall off the wagon again.
 
My sessions can run anywhere from 1 hour daily to 8 hours, if I am doing lazy ass stretches. I spend 1 hour on GIRTH BUSTERS and 30 minutes on STRETCHING. I hang for 2/ 20minute sets (before manual stretches and after). I may do LAZY ASS STRETCHES for the remainder of the day.
 
My girth sessions last on average 45 minutes a night...sometimes I go for an hour or a little longer but usually no longer than an hour. I dont feel like I can get it any more expanded if I just keep going past the one hour mark.
