Right on, our fearless leader! It's like those people who say that losing more then 2lbs a week is unhealthy and it will be mostly muscle are full of shit. Moms a nurse and I am friends with my doctor and even he says that a load of bull. Last thing you loose when dieting is muscle, you do not start losing muscle until you have ran out of body fat.

The original AlphaBlade diet was highly specialized and a very good system to put forth but it never took off. Last year AlphaBlade saw some notoriety when I lost weight again, but finances to keep the project going fell short once again. I hope this year we see more involvement and hopefully release a program that will others achieve what I was able to achieve.
Sup everyone, I know its more of a educated guess because everyone is different when it comes down to height where you gain weight and all that. I'm just trying to get a basis down to how much weight do you need to lose to lose an inch of fat off of the Pubic Fat pad. Any input will be welcomed. Thanks in advanced !
