Do you do Jelqs? No matter what you do, I strongly believe that you should always do jelqs.

Maybe its time for some clamping. You should only attempt them after 6 months of Penis Enlargement though. Speak to RED or just go to the clamping part of the forum.

I have personally never heard of a more intense manual girth exercise.

Doesn't necessarily have to be a new girth method. Really its not a matter of reinventing the wheel here but increase your intensity if gains have stagmented and rest more to. Horse squeezes, double horse squeezes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and ATS Rollers are amongst some of the most intensive girth work I have done. Pumping is a great one and obviously clamping, you can do pretty much anything in the clamp with many times more the effectiveness. The wet jelq as already suggested is often used, abused and then dumped which is a big mistake by all as its not just a grower but also great for overall dick health. I don't see many exercises that 'flush' in the blood with the milking motion of the jelq but lots of holds and squeezes are plenty about. Again, many feel the wheel has to be reinvented incl DLD but actually it doesn't. Intensity and good form are so much more important in my opinion.

If you really want to do something newer and intense then try double horse squeezes in the clamp or pump then do some edging clamped with SSJs again in the clamp.
 
Lol Red you just described my girth routine in the last sentence with the pumping, clamping, and clamped edging and horses.

No worries man. I know how it is when you feel a new exercise is the thing but I have found from some experience but also thinking about it, that it all boils down to the way its performed 9/10 times. I have the same mindset with gym equipment, exercises for the body. You have guys going on and on about several exercises for the bicep they do when in reality they don't need that many, can cut it down by more then half and perform that 1/2 with GREAT FORM and INTENSITY ... but sometimes yes a change in 'scenery' does help i.e throwing an old exercise away and doing something new otherwise we get bored to tears. I have often tossed and turned with various methods but always find myself coming back to the Jelq at some stage :) first exercise I ever learned, ever grew from and still to this day does something for me.
