Yup, that is how I do it one circuit around the basic stretching very light at first and work up in intensity towards the end Then my dick is ready for war!

I never warm up. I do a 10 minute rice sock warm up. As for wrapping I do what you did. I fold the theraband 1 time horizontally and one time vertically. Yes. I don't use theraband myself but as long as it is comfortable that is the way I would suggest to wrap with those materials

Some fair well with some days off and others don't. I never took any time off and this took some pain and suffering to get to this point.
