Ive been doing this almost 3 months straight, 5 on off and have seen minuscule gains
 
girth is strange. At first most gains for me were in length, now my gains are mostly girth. just be dedicated to doing some kind of Pe, even if you reduce your work out at times. The main thing is to keep doing pe and the gains will come.

also set some goals. Not specific size goals, but rather i will gain something in the next set of work outs. i would say to myself, "I'm going to do this for three months and gain something."
 
I have this problem, if i read your problem right. It takes me at least 40 minutes before I start feeling any bigger in a girth routine, however, I find I look fatter once I've gone flaccid and taken the clamp/cock ring off.

However, if you are new to P.E., I wouldn't clamp for 40 minutes. I use a cock ring and my hands too, I've never used a cable clamp so I don't know how different the intensity is. It's expensive but it really does the job really, really well and my gains would be much, much less without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
 
Maybe it is time to switch to a different girth exercise and put clamping aside for now. If the penis becomes too used to any one exercise it responds less and less. An exercise like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] can really get girth growing, the controlled pressure allows for a lot of intensity too.
 
I changed the intensity of my clamping the other day and finally saw my penis blow up especially doing some squeezes. It was an amazing feeling to be clamped and just blown up. I went from around 5.5 to 6 girth during my session.

Usually an adjustment in intensity is enough to keep a routine going, I am happy you found some new expansion. Keep reaching for more and it will always come.

What can I do to get more expansion during girth exercises. I kegal hard and still only have .1-.2 increased girth?

For the SRT routine for girth. Get yourself a solid pump, I recommend the mityvac. Do the below routine:

5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

5 minutes SSJ
5 minutes pumping

When you are done with your session, wear your cock ring for 1 hour. You can buy the duro ring from the MOS shop.
