Overstressing the ligs to cause fibrosis is definitely possible, but I just don't buy into it being such a huge deal that everyone is second guessing girth+length.
 
And everyone who smokes dies of cancer. I think youd have to reaaally stress em...then stop for a while...heaaavy stress and stop. I think if you gradually build up intensity and stretch everday there will be no problems. No part of the bodt heals overnight. So as long as there isnt heavy amounts of stress followed by long periods of time off...I dont see it as a huge deal.
 
Listen, fibrosis is lagment toughening, which means that it makes gaining length a much harder process where you have to do more intense length sessions to get a good stretch. It does not stop length gains- it limits them and makes them much hard achievable. We all got it, but right now er are wondering on how does girth work affect the ligaments. :)

You can still counter act fibrosis while it's not too late like I'm doing.

Right now I'm only doing length which is what my routine was anyway since I got the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] and I stopped using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] cause it was too much than I read about fibrosis. I wasn't using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] anyway so it made me think about how much you can really milk length work.

To further counter it I'm going to start DMSO/PABA treatments with long edging sessions with tadalaphil and kegels and basically start anew and start milking everything I can.

Funny thing is before reading all this I tried to milk the exercise and take it slow but that was after years I realized. after years of going the somewhat intense route on and off.

I'm curious how they determined that? Does their ligament feel different? Or are they saying they just stopped gaining?

The two persons who has complained about this problem did hanging for a few months and made some length gains. When they piechased the length master, they couldn't make any erect gains from stretching with the length master for over 3 months. They were both making flaccid gains.

They gave up after 3 months. In my opinion, they weren't patient enough. If you are making flaccid gains, your routine is working and you need to train more and not quit.
