how do your ligs feel the morning after a solid work-out? I seem to have soreness on the outer-most portion of both ligs along the side the day following a 20+ minute hanging session

I have a dull ache but it's mainly on the right side . I'm also waking up with incredible night time erections.

I have not noticed this but I usually don't get up during the night. Could this be caused by the excess blood going to the area to aid in the repair of the tissue that is being broken down by the bundled stretch

I love this stretch! It sets me up nicely for my hanging set.

Notes

I'm now back to my last highest hanging weight. I will stick to this for two weeks before upping it again. I will also up the number of kegels for my bundled stretches. All in all , another excellent session.

Make sure you are doing erect stretches too. That is one exercise that causes constant erection every now and then.

I've tried only a couple of time to do this but I lost it pretty quickly. I've tried the normal position and closer to the base but no success on maintaining an erection long enough to get a good workout.

The more advanced version is lay down but i struggle with it. You have to be very long to do that version of the stretch. DLD named it the foot long for a good reason , only him and a select few with foot long cocks can do it 😂😂
