LENGTHMASTER AND HANGING , the road to greatness

I attempted to do a hanging session last night and found out that the 2 pound weight I started with is not enough. I plan to give it a try again tonight using the 5 pound weight and if needed, add the 2 pound weight for a total of 7. Trying to get started slow as I would rather realize that I don't have enough and can add more rather than injure myself.

Definitely better to start off lighter and move up bud rather to heavy too soon.

Just 5 minutes using this stretch places enormous strain on the ligs. One set of this stretch is perfect as a pre warm-up before hanging and I guarantee fatigue will hit early in the hanging set.

Warm-up
I've changed things slightly. Rather than hold the stretch for time , I've been holding each stretch for kegels.

bundles stretches , clockwise and anti , 100 kegels each stretch, SU , SO , SD , BTC . 800 kegels in total for the main session.

Getting through the 5 minutes if this stretch was tough!

Notes

Adding the kegels to this routine is a game changer! Not only am I getting the kegels in that I need , I'm also putting my cock through strain it's never experienced before.
All in all , this was an excellent session.

I'm holding the bundled stretch and then kegeling. 60 clockwise and 60 anti , SU, SO,SD,BTC for the warm-up. For the main bundle session I count 100 kegels for each. 1280 kegels in total.

I touched on this before my little break explaining that I had stumbled on a way to pre exhaust the ligs. Last night was the first time I'd mentioned bundled kegels in my routine but i had tried them a few times during my routine. I believe that to really isolate the ligs you need to stretch straight down whilst bundled and kegel. A clockwise bundled kegel will hit the left side and a anticlockwise kegel the right side.
After playing with these a little the ache is brilliant ! I really do believe I've stumbled onto something special here and it's so basic.
I think performing kegels whilst doing any type of stretch is beneficial but to isolate the ligs fully it must be SD.

I miss that feeling. It usually does not remain for more than 3 months until the soreness does not happen. When it stopped happening for me I thought gains stopped but that is not the case, the penis just becomes accustomed to the intensity.
