It will certainly help you get used to the whole process of hanging. Upping the sets to 20 minutes is what is normally recommended though. Most people who only hang try to get around ten hours of hanging a week! Dashmanding only did one or two 20 minute sets a day , but he hung heavier weights around the 40 lb mark and made amazing gains.

I thought about trying a few 5 to 10 minute sets along with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session to get started to see how that goes and upping the time and weight based on how it feels.

I can't imagine hanging 40 lbs from my cock but then again, 6 months ago if someone told me I would be strapping on a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and pulling on it followed by pumping it up to massive proportions I would have not believed that either, lol

I go off fatigue. I won't add any weight until I fail to reach fatigue.

Haha. Apparently some guys don't even see gains until they hit 30+ lbs.
