LENGTHMASTER AND HANGING , the road to greatness

Session 6 and 7

Sunday was a day off so I've picked up from Monday and today. Unfortunately I have only had the time for one session each day due to not having the time but one session is better than none at all.



Warm up- lenghtmaster bundles , 30 seconds clock wise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC

Main session - lenghtmaster bundles, 2 minutes, clockwise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC squat. Expressive stretch 2 minutes × 3 sets

non bundled BHC squat stretch . 5 minute duration.

Hanging session

Hanging 10kg whilst bundled and swinging, switching between clockwise and anti every five minutes.
20 minute set


Notes - for anyone reading who is new to the lenghtmaster or PE in general? I use as much force as I can . This is extremely important otherwise I am simply going through the motions and wasting my time.
More updates tomorrow where hopefully I'll be able to train in the morning and evening!

Thank you 👍 I'm hoping I can train twice a day to maximise my chances of making some real progress.

I can definitely train twice a day , it's finding the time that's the hard part. I haven't trained today yet and it's 8.10pm in the UK. I'll get a session done later before bed .

Notes- fatigue set in very early on in my hanging session tonight. I put this down to the BTC squat stretch. I can apply a great deal of force in this position and hold it for a considerable time. 5 minutes in this position feels like a 20 minute hanging session in its self.

More to come tomorrow morning and I'm aiming for a second workout tomorrow night.

Thank you. I'm determined to break this hump I'm stuck at! I've managed one session this morning and ill be doing another one later on tonight. I will update my log when I'm done.

Notes - even though I missed a hanging session this morning and expresive stretches at night , all in all I have had a good days training. Back to the grind tomorrow.

Sometimes mixing it up and changing it around can produce better results, keeping the penis guessing.
 
Session 10

So after having a split training session on session 9 , I am now back to a single session due to time restraints. Even though this isn't my plan of attack, it is still better than missing a day. On a plus note , I have upped my hanging weight by around 1.5 kg with a new total of 11.5kg.

Warm up- lenghtmaster bundles , 30 seconds clock wise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC

Main session - lenghtmaster bundles, 2 minutes, clockwise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC squat. Expressive stretch 2 minutes × 3 sets

non bundled BTC squat stretch . 5 minute set.

Hanging session

20 minutes hanging SD in my p-hanger with 11.5kg .

Notes - because I have added the extra weight the swinging was kicked in touch until I adjust over the next few days , however , I still completed half bundles 👍👍

As always kegels throughout the day and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] after my Session.
 
Session 11

No training today ( Saturday )
Worked all day and then went straight to my girlfriends for the night.

Session 12

Sunday - I was with my lady all day and night so my usual routine was thrown out of the window. That being said I did manage to get some manual stretches done in bed watching TV while my missez was doing her cleaning.

Erect stretching, 2 sets of around 2 minutes ( I lose my erection doing these )
Expressive stretching, hard base pulls in an upward direction . 5 sets , around 5 minutes each.

A few additional stretches thrown in but mainly SO for different lengths of time.

Notes- no real structure to this workout but my thoughts on this is that it's better to do something rather than nothing at all. Today's workout ( Monday ) will consist of one session ( time restraints ) of my new regular routine. Kegels throughout the day whlist wearing my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words].

I also wonder if hanging is something that should be considered later after I have several months in on the PE train

When I first had a try at hanging I wrapped my judo belt around my cock and lifted a 12.5kg kettlebell haha
When I started taking it seriously I used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] to hang with and a tin of paint ( 5 litres ) before using weight plates. I now use a p- hanger with weight plates because I have plenty if them. Start out fairly light and try to do a 20 minute set to see how you go. No need to rush but you want to reach a level of fatigue. The idea is to reach fatigue early on in a set then do another to ride through it. I found reaching fatigue very hard hanging alone without jumping up a lot in weight , this is why I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] first . Doing it this
