LENGTHMASTER AND HANGING , the road to greatness

'sore', like internally or 'sore' like irritated topically? I've been using organic coconut cream/oil and it keeps the dryness and chafing at bay.

On the surface of the skin sore. I think it started as a shaving rash but it got progressively worse and stretching hasn't helped it at all. I'm going to leave training another day to let it clear up rather than irritating it some more.

That sounds like a great way to fatigue. I will try it when I get a chance but I have always been a huge fan of pre-exhausting the penis for length work.

I'm going to continue with it because it really feels like it's isolating my ligements.

The more fatigue the more the stretch is going directly to the ligaments. When the PF muscles are exhausted they can not resist the stretch so all of the energy goes to the ligaments.

Training this week has been hit and miss , leaning towards more miss!
I have not been able to use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] due to the skin irritation problems I'm having at the moment. I tried one session the other day but it proved too much for my very tender and sensitive skin.
I have had to settle for a few manual stretches here and there with a few erect stretches thrown in.
I will be continuing to apply cream hoping things will clear up on the next few days , but if not I will have to see the doctor. It's pissing me off a little but itvis what it is so there is no point me getting down . I will pick up where I left off when things have improved.

Wish you a speedy recovery B, I know it is aggravating when you can't get in your routine

Thank you chap. I'll soon be back to it.

You might try and get some Hirudoid cream. Not only is it good for anti clotting and it's recovery of collaganeous tissue, but it also is popular for acne, irritate skin, scaring, etc. I know when I started using it the redness I would pretty much permanently have on the tip of my penis disappeared. Magic!

bummer about the rash...could you be having a reaction to the wrapping material?

I'm not sure big. It's the same material I've used for a while so I kinda wrote that off.
It started after I shaved that area , then it became sensitive and progressively worse with dry sore skin but also red and shiny. I'm using cream 3 times a day and it does seem to be getting better but it's taking its bloody time.

Thank you very much chap. I will look into it and see if I can order some off Amazon.

I have been reading as much as I can about hanging and wanted to look at the possibility of incorporating it in my routine. My main question is how long should you be doing PE before you consider hanging? I have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and have been using it since the end of September but I don't want to rush in to another exercise if it is advised to wait a while. I have experimented with a small amount of weight (about 2.5 pounds) for 5 minutes at a time and I had no problems with it. I have read that it is best to wait 6 months before starting hanging so any opinions would be appreciated

A newbie could, theoretically, begin hanging on day-one...he'd just need to start at very low weight. I've been PEing for almost 3 years and just began a hanging regimen a few weeks ago...my starting weight was 10 lbs and I quickly am up to 16 lbs looking to get to 20 in the next few days.

The main premise is to listen to what your body is telling you and DO NOT ignore any warning signs or try and be stubborn and 'push-through' it.

My advice would be to begin at a lower weight and slowly ramp-up as your body allows

You can hang right from the start. Any PE can be done right from the start, it just needs to be approached with caution and understanding. You have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], take full advantage of it!

Thanks B, that is what I was hoping for. I thought I would start at the 2.5 pounds and work up from there. I certainly do not want any injuries as I tend to enjoy freaky time too much;)

Thanks D, I am planning to use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for all I can.

When I started hanging I started much heavier than is recommended. I did this because I have used extensive force with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words]. Because I've gone very hard with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] I have seriously conditioned my cock. This is the reason I now use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] the way I do in my routine before I hang so I can achieve fatigue.
Take it slow , listen to your cock , try to add a little bit of weight after about two weeks of 20 minute sets.
