So I like to separate my length/girth routines; I do length in the morning and girth at night. For the past week or so I have been doing some additional stretches at night, a few hours after my girth work, and this has seemed to reduce my flaccid hang. It seems like the stretching forces the blood back out, which I believe might hinder girth gains because I think the more time engorged the better.

Has anyone else had any negative experiences with stretching after doing your girth routine? How many of you guys do girth and then length?

I hit em at the same time.

I may start splitting it up, though.

I was always under the impression that you should do length work before girth work....

I recommend doing your girth work first, since intense stretching can temporarily exhaust the penis- which would make doing girth work immediately afterwards difficult. If you're splitting your routine, this won't be an issue.

One case in which you should do length first is if you're prone to getting too erect for your girth work. That way, the length work will tire your penis out enough for you to get your girth work done without the constant erections.

I like length in the am and girth in the pm. I can train length while I am tired unlike girth where I need to be awake to get to the proper sexual mood. Al had some good points to though.

DLD's got a point. Of course sometimes a little stimulation helps wake me up. ;)

It is so important to make the mental condtions of training jive with the physical. Sexuality is vital to girth work while focus is paramount to length.
