Hello all, I've been PEing on and off, mostly off for a year or so. This past month I've been hanging consistently everyday at least 2 20 minute sessions. I've recently switched to hanging btc. Before and after my sessions I will do the following manual stretches
BTC (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight down (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight out (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
Straight up (left, middle, right) 30 secs each
I also do these stretches when I use the restroom throughout the day
If I have the time I will wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 20 minutes to hold the extended stretch after the session.
My bpfsl is a hair over 7 inches
Bpel is about 6.5-6.75
I also own a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], but I have heard this is mostly for girth, which appears true with the expansion I have gotten in the past
I'm just looking to maximize length gains and would appreciate any advice from the vets around here. Thanks
