I have been doing kegels before the stretch then I get in a light stretch position of the dld blaster and do a hard kegel for as long as I can in the dld blaster position while lightly stretching. When my PC muscle gives up from the kegel I then transit directly into a reverse kegel while stretching harder at the same time. Do you think this would be a better way to do the dld blasters as doing a light stretch while kegeling probably fatigues the PC muscle more. Does this make the PC muscle stronger or is this counter productive in anyway? Is this the proper or a better way of doing the dld blasters?
 
I do the same thing,before the actual stretch,when i kegel,i stretch my penis a little bit.If i dont then i will lose my grip cuz my flacid is not that long.I dont think this is the BETTER way,i think both ways are fine :)

This is a wonderful way to do them and the original method. Another method that goes around having to do so many Kegels is do DLD Blasters after orgasm. At this point the muscles are completely fatigued and you will only need to do this portion of the exercise:

1 Kegel held for as long as possible while stretching against it, release the Kegel and engage in the Reverse Kegel and stretch with 100% intensity.

DLD when i masturbate and stretch .....after a couple of mintues i strat feeling pain in one side of the ligament........this ALWAYS happens and if i stretch the next day then the pain stays and dosnt go......
so i shoudnt masturbate and do length work right ????

What is the pain? Soreness?

That kind of soreness is just fine and expected for the first few months of PE. I always worked through it unless it was just too much soreness but I never missed more than 1 day because of it. I always loved the soreness because it felt like I was really making size increases. I found out later that it is just a period of adjustment.

I agree with DLD. I even just recently went through this and I have been doing PE for 2 years now on and off though.
 
but it feels like pain not soreness...btw anyways i stopped masturbating and PEing ...or i masturbate 1 hr before sometims only
 
I had pain,soreness, and a feeling of tightness in one lig before. I just continued doing PE and worked through it. When I stretched I did it more slowly. Holding certain positions till the pain/soreness subsided and continue with more stretching.

It can feel very painful but if the pain is coming from the ligament area you can be pretty sure it is soreness and not injury.

Definitely, log pain is good pain...work your way through it! Eventually it will no longer be an issue and believe me you will miss it. It always meant to me that I was growing in my early days. My ligs would be screaming from one day t the next but I forged on and made some sick gains for 6 months.

This is actually the right way to do it before I never did mine like this and maybe that's why I didn't gain much from it.

On the stretch you reverse kegel and prior to doing the exercise you do kegels to exhausting
