Recently I started kegeling again doing 100 kegels every morning before getting out of bed. The goal is stronger, harder erections as I get to 100% erections when I am extremely turned on with a chick otherwise even watching adult entertainment I am only at 85-90%.

Which kegel routine have you gotten the best results with and how long did it take?

it's hard to say which is best. i can just say the type of kegeling i've done and its results

initially i started doing either flaccid quick contraction kegels or erected kegel holds for a few seconds while clamping the shaft at base with the thumb at dorsal side or the ok-grip, i prefer the thumb so to not constrict urethra

mostly it was the erect kegels but i started at that time doing high intensity and really contracting it hard and holding for as long as possible. i did this for a few months and i actually gained some more head size and some length right under the head which is all the way upper shaft, that length gain was measured about .3.

could i have gained more in those affected areas if i kept doing that exact way? maybe i'm not sure but right now i have a mixed routine and also doing similar type of kegels again

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. I followed this routine and eventually made it a all day routine. I would get in literally thousands of Kegels everyday as I did them non-stop! This was a great benefit as it allowed a few awesome things to happen. My erection quality was superior, I was able to become erect very quickly after an orgasm, I was able to cum on command allowing me incredible endurance in bed, it also greatly benefitted all girth work as I would kegel then too.

Thumb on top or bottom? So to get this straight.. you get erect and grip all the way at the base by the pubic bone then kegel? Do many kegels until you let the grip go and restart?

yes thumb bottom at base and pubic bone with good strong firm grip and yes restart after every kegel, but i would sauggest to hold the kegel for as long as u can or have a rep change of a few secs or even more. i usually do up to 9secs. i would start out with a few secs probably. and i usually do the kegel squeeze at moderate to high intensity which is about 80%, just to prevent over-stimulation which could lead to PONR/ejac. i do it strong but i don't get so so into it for that reason and also not to increase heart rate too much.

if needed to get harder u can just stimulate yourself with the other hand or both hands quickly by rubbing glans or your own way. and i barely rest at all between reps, maybe just a few secs or a little more if i'm getting over-stimulated, otherwise i try to do them one after another. but if u need to rest more in the beginning then do so.

personally for these exercises i always keep thumb at base or now days i do a full-hand grip a bit higher than base and push skin down hard and then kegel for more resistance(but i started out with the thumb a while ago)

I remind myself to do kegels on & off all day. I will try to get at least 200 during the day and I do at least 100 in the evening while I am pumping. I have not been doing this but a few weeks and I can tell that the muscle is getting stronger as the force of the squeeze is getting stronger. I am working my way up to doing 300, 400 and 500 per day

That is excellent and something that will continue to benefit you more and more. EQ has everything to do with maximum size. A strong set of muscles will keep you at you largest size. Plus other great things happen with strong pelvic floor muscles like lasting longer in bed, multiple orgasms, shorter refractory period, more vascular, ut truly is the one exercise most men avoid thetas so beneficial.

DLD, on a daily kegel routine how long until the results are noticable specifically for a maximum erections thats as big as I can possibly get that can also say erect for a while?
 
The way I did it was
100 quick
50 5 sec holds
3 30 sec holds

I also did reverse when I piss

With any girth exercise it is so smart to Kegel as it brings more blood into the penis enhancing the expansion. It also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles which allow for things like lasting longer, cum on command, multiple orgasm, shorter refractory period, etc. Kegel's are one of the biggest things missed by PE'ers
 
Let me include some additional info for what I used to do with kegels.

These are holds, which are done for 50 seconds with a rest for 10 seconds.
So you contract the PC muscle for a total count of 50 seconds > release > rest for 10 seconds > repeat

I used to do x15-20 of these consecutively, which took around 25-30 minutes in total, and really helped to strengthen my erections like no other.

At other times during the day I would do more holds, but this time lasting 10 seconds with a rest of 2 seconds or none between them. I would do around x30-40 of these, and the variation in timing is to me a factor in how the ejaculation process works, with shorter holds I think helping the muscle in a different way to only long holds.

At the time I was clamping, and performed them while clamped for more versatility doing something else.

You could do these anytime, anywhere really.

With a towel for more intensity, I would first get an erection, place the towel over the penis, and then contract the PC muscle to lift the towel up, and do that repeatedly x40-50 times for x5 sets.

This strengthens your pelvic floor muscles like nothing else, and gives you supreme control over the whole process during not just sex, or masturbation when you come, but pleasure, in more powerful orgasms, stronger erections, and a better ejaculation.

Keep doing the quick ones for many repetitions throughout the day, they are the bedrock of a healthy penile system.

Practice daily kegels, and in 6 months you will be amazed!

Another method to train the pelvic floor muscles through kegels, and a more advanced exercise using a hanger.

You are seated, and hang with a light weight at first to gauge your levels, using the OTS [over the shoulder] or SU [straight up] angles.

Once your setup, and the weight is hanging, you perform kegels as you would normally do, this time however, you have the resistance from the weights working against this contraction from your pelvic floor muscles.

Using such angles, places the resistance directly to these muscles when contracted, and you may even notice the weight being pulled, if its light enough.

This is something I would do years ago, back in 2003-2005 sometime like that, and my pelvic muscles became really very strong.

I have read that the PC muscles contain 70% slow twitch fibres and 30% fast twitch fibres. This has consequences for your training.

There are a few levels of difficulty, like lying down in bed is easy, because there isn’t any body weight exerting force on your PC muscles, when you contract it has to fight against gravity. So the second level is on your knees, I personally often do my kegel routine on my knees in bed. I try to simulate sex, like when you’re doing her doggystyle etc, in this position you also need to be in top health and strength.

Highest difficulty level is standing straight up, with all the body weight pressing down on your PC muscles: get to this level and you’ll become ultra strong in combination with the following exercises:

The fast twitch fibres are typically trained by fast repetitive exercise like fast PC clamps, do them as normal fast kegel contractions and fast reverse kegel contractions. Start out with 5 sets of 10 reps increase every week by 10 reps, getting to 100 or something

The slow twitch fibres are trained by long slow kegel squeezes, like contract slowly to the poin where you can’t contract anymore, hold that squeeze nice and tight, for 10 second, and slowly release,
Between every set take 30 seconds rest, and do 5 sets of slow kegel squeeze and slow reverse kegel squeeze

Now my secret weapon: you can become insanely strong and with ultra hard erections if you’d increase intensity. Take a small towel or in my case: a shoe lace with fishing leads.

10grams, 20gram, 50grams, 100grams, so do all exercises with some fishing lead or small hand towels, increase weight slowly every week, and train the shit out of your dick.

Here‘s a sample routine of my kegel training past saturday march 16th

Fast twitch:
PC Clamps 100g reverse kegels 40x
PC Clamps 100g kegels 40x

Slow twitch:
Long slow kegel squeezes 5 sets of 20-25s holds
Long slow reverse kegel squeeze 5 sets of 20-25s holds

As you can see, I accidentally trained my fast twitch fibres too much, I started out with the fishing weights, and just doing PC clamps, I did fast kegels and reverse kegels with weights. I totally neglected the other 70% of PC muscles which really makes your erection rock and rock hard.

I tried to hang fishing lead of 10 grams on my erection while holding a tight slow squeeze, well I failed miserably ! Why? Cos I never trained those muscles! Take everything into account!

So now i’m building up those long slow hard squeezes, and I’m gonna increase the strength and intensity by hanging fishing weights on my dick.

Always do kegel training with full 100% erection, coz you have to condition your dick for hanging weights while doing your kegels in the near future.

I don’t have to tell you that with the fishing weights the training is really limitless, you can gain erections that would freak women out.

Picture this: doing 1000 PC kegel and reverse kegel clamps with 1-2 pounds of weight

Doing those long slow kegel and reverse kegel squeezes for 5 minutes straight and with hanging 1-2 pounds on your dick shaft.

Can you imagine the sick strength and erection hardness of your dick? Like you could pummel someone to death with those kind of erections.

And when you’re 6 inches, you can easily give women vaginal orgasms just like a big dick can, by pounding hard and fast away in her pussy until she screams that she’s cumming. It’s all about the erection hardness.

What incredible post! This thread is getting some really good information about one of the most important parts of PE. And oddly enough it’s the one part in PE that most men skip. Since they can’t see the results they don’t train for them. But in actuality, if you get larger and you do not have strong pelvic floor muscles you’ll have a very weak erection. Yep, weak erection and no matter how much dick you got, it wont fully inflate. You only have to see some of these huge adult entertainment stars, most never seem to look fully solid. They too, probably skipped on kegel training :)

That’s the whole point and beyond that it also gives you abilities in bed like preventing premature ejaculation and shorter refractory periods. Once you get in the habit of doing Kegels it’s so easy to follow after that, it’s like brushing your teeth he just do it every single day. The more you do the better. It’s my goal to become ultra hard and ultra strong, I need to inflate my dick till maximum capacity for measuring purposes etc.

It completes me LOL well the most important thing to work out is your cock according to the brotherhood LOL. In all seriousness, the biggest difference between me in the beginning and other men were I did a crazy amount of Kegels every day and most other people just did not do them. I’m not saying this is the reason that happened but this is part of the reason I gained so much faster than anyone else. In my first six months I gained 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch in girth. I truly believe Kegels play a huge role in enlargement.

I’ve been kegeling pretty steady for 6 months... erection quality is much better, I can get erect much faster but my endurance still isn’t where I would like it to be. I don’t think it’s really improved

Endurance is all about doing ton of Kegels, all day, everyday. Just like in the gym when we go for endurance we go for long periods of low weight the same thing applies here.

Okay yeah makes sense. I usually do 500-1000 a day but wasn’t sure if I should be doing some longer duration/ more intense or just more shorter ones.

Are you doing reverse kegels as well? Because when you only do normal kegels, things get out of balance, read my post above, I described the types of muscles involved with kegel training. Do not only do kegels, do various exercises for different types of muscle.

Practice edging from time to time, say three times each week. Get right to the edge of where you feel your going to ejaculate, and CONTROL yourself not too shoot.

This is how you build endurance, also guys have used a fleshlight to spice it up a bit.

Very important that the men here listen to Red as he is given great direction. In addition to increasing the strength of your pelvic floor muscles for harder erections is a great routine to have. But Kegels should also be looked at as a way to control yourself in bed. Here is where ballooning and edging meet PC work where we learn to use Kegels and edging to give us not only harder erections but the endurance to last as long as we desire in bed.

I have been mixing it up based on how I feel that day. It all depends on the block of time I have for PE, but I’ve split it up into a stretch workout and a jelq workout which I alternate. I typically fit 2 of each in daily, however, i will allow 1 of each or 2 stretch, 1 jelq (since I’m trying to let my skin heal). Generally I get one full PC workout (as described on newbie program, and fit it more throughout the day).

Pre-Mature Ejaculation is something many men suffer with. I have found many different ideas in helping with this that I have included below. I do want to say that this problem will fade from simply doing my program. When most men, myself included, got familiar with manual penis enlargement exercise the problem just seems to fade. Some are my own techniques, others I found around the web.

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm

You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement

Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques

When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push

The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

When we get aroussed too a level we nearly orgasm, our breath is shallow and fast and, most likely, we have a few muscles clencht at the same time. Result: going straight into orgasm. Tantra has some weird practices that, in time, can help, although I never tried them myself. But what I do is daily breathing excersizes. Sit in a chair, straight up, feet firmly on the ground and breathe too your belly in with your nose. Inhaling should take between 5 and 7 seconds, trying to fill out from the bottom of your belly up too your lungs. Then hold for 2 seconds and exhale in the same amount of time through your mouth. Do it for as long as you have time or feel comfortable with them, as it can make you lightheaded. If you reset your breathing, you can incorporate it in sex, calmer breathing means less excitement means more time in the vayjay

Benefits of Exercising your penis muscles

I have been performing exercises known as "kegels" since 2001, and personally, as far as my own body is concerned, I have mastered kegels. There is no new area of erection firmness or control that anything I can read or hear can take me to.

I don't know, or care, what other people are saying about these kegels or the muscles they affect these days, because I am pretty sure that I have gone as far as a person would want to go in terms of erection strength, shooting velocity and erection staying power, unless they wish to harm their body.

Benefits and Limits

I have had erections that are so engorged that it is scary - you know you can engorge the penis as much as you want but there is a point at which it seems that it will burst or cause some major injury.

I have had erections that stayed as long as I wanted regardless of how many times I came (not ejaculated, but came - the two aren't dependent on each other), but you reach a point where it becomes boring. And no chick that I have ever been with wants to have sex non stop all night. You reach a point where they become numb and dry from all the thrusting and it takes away from all the fun you have had and becomes an exercise in endurance instead of a passionate encounter.

And I have had erections that feel like a steel pipe right after ejaculating as if I didn't ejactulate at all - ie you ejaculate and the dick is in a state that it can just keep fucking/wanking - but immediately after you ejaculate, psychologically you normally don't feel like more sex, even if your dick is up for it. The trick is to simply not ejaculate so you can still feel the lust.

And finally regarding ejaculation velocity and strength, I have reached a stage where ejaculation really feels like you are hurting yourself. ie you ejaculate so hard that your abdomen "pops" like a double joint, and the tendons one the side of the dick feel like they have ripped - and it is fucking painful.

Obviously (I hope) you would not want to reach these stages. To put it concisely, a kegel works two main muscles in your penis and pelvis, depending on the type of kegel you do: the PC and the BC muscles.

The PC muscle directly affects erection strength - an erection occurs by a two stage process:

a. blood is pumped into the penis from your pelvis
b. blood is restricted (not prevented) from exiting from the penis to the pelvis

The PC muscle is the primary controller of these two stages. It is worked directly by utilizing regular as well as reverse kegels.

The BC muscle is assumed to be responsible for ejaculation. That spasm you feel when ejaculating is the BC muscle. Ideally a stronger BC muscle creates stronger spams which results in a stronger "spurt" of semen when you ejaculate. A well defined BC muscle allows you to control how hard you cum.
I believe that the BC is worked indirectly by utilizing regular as well as reverse kegels, but MAINLY THROUGH REVERSE KEGELS.

Part 2

Types of Kegels

There are two types of Kegels: Regular and Reverse

As I mentioned above: an erection occurs by a two stage process:

a. blood is pumped into the penis from your pelvis
b. blood is restricted (not prevented) from exiting to penis to the pelvis

Regular kegels increase your power to increase point b above. This results in a rock hard erection, and when I say rock hard, I don't mean an engorged penis that feels like it's going to explode, I mean, literally a penis that doesn't feel like a penis, but more like a piece of wood or steel. This is a great feeling to have when you have an erection, but if you had the ability to engorge the penis you enter a new realm.


For most people who are new to kegels, to perform a basic kegel, which can allow you to feel the PC muscle, simply go to the toilet and start urinating.
Then:

i. about 5 seconds after you start urinating, stop the flow, then hold for 5 seconds, then start the flow again
ii. repeat a for the duration of the urination

By the end you should have a firm grasp of what is happening when you kegel.

For the engorged rock hard penis you need to work on a thing called Reverse Kegels.
The reverse kegel involves pushing blood into your penis.
Did you ever wonder why you sometimes get erections when taking a dump? Its because while you are pushing the shit out you are also indirectly pushing blood, through the PC muscle, into your penis.

Taking the example of urinating that I put above, when you stopped the flow, you performed a regular kegel. If you then forced the flow to restart you performed a reverse kegel.

A person with a developed PC muscle has rock hard erection automatically. As soon as he becomes sufficiently aroused, it will be difficult to lose the erection, because the developed (and therefore larger) PC muscle automatically restricts more blood flow from leaving the penis.

Part 3

The Ultimate Erection

A person that has developed their ability to reverse kegel can perform an exercise I call the kegel pump (maybe others call it something else, but here I refer to it as a kegel pump).

Kegel Pump

The Kegel Pump serves two purposes:
1. engorge the penis greatly which increases erection girth during the erection!
2. prevent you from cumming (not just ejaculating, but cumming altogether)

Simply put, it involves performing a reverse kegel followed by a regular kegel. ie. you push blood into your penis, then strongly contract the PC muscle, in a pumping motion - think of blowing into a baloon. You blow all the air out of your lungs and into the baloon, then squeeze the opening of the baloon while you inhale air into your lungs, then you repeat the process.
In terms of the Kegel Pump, you push the blood out of the pelvis and into the penis, then squeeze the arteries that send the blood back to the pelvis by contracting your PC muscle, while the artery that send blood INTO the penis increases in pressure as blood is circulated into your pelvis. Then you push that blood into the penis and repeat.

If, when you feel close to cumming, you perform an extended kegel pump (ie a very long regular kegel followed by a reverse kegel) your penis will feel like it is becoming numb (but in a good way) while still being rock hard, and it will allow you to keep fucking until that feeling of urgency to come goes away, leaving you in a state of extreme hornyness.

The advanced kegeller achieves the this ultimate erection and staying power by using the kegel pump.

Being able to do a kegel pump is like learning how to ride a bicycle: Once you can do it, you can always do it, even if you stop kegelling for a few months, but its effect will be greatly diminished.

A Proven Routine

Routine level: Beginners and Advanced

Based on my years of kegelling I'd like to share an easy to follow routine that I have devised that will get those muscles nice and strong.

Rule 1: Consistency - Incorporate into other routines
You will find lots of routines around here that incporporate kegels into the warm up and warm down. It is the easiest thing to do and quite effective. The problem is that this restricts kegels to Penis Enlargement exercises which a lot of people don't follow religiously.
Kegels should be followed religiously because it is harder to overtrain the PC muscle (is it is working when ever you pee, stand up, shit, wank, have sex and sleep)
Incorporate the kegels into your mornings, when you brush your teeth. This will have two advantages -
1. You will kegel every week day at least.
2. you will spend more time brushing your teeth which is VERY important for looks and hygiene. We don't walk around flashing our cocks but we do flash our teeth when we are smiling to a woman.

Rule 2 – minimum 4 minutes per weekday (It’s just 4 mins!!! DON'T BE A LAZY WUSS!!!)

Basic routine

This involves a 260 second count while brushing your teeth.

0 – 200: There is no rest period in these:
0 - 100 → 100 x quick and hard - Flex your PC muscle sharply every second
101 - 150 → 25 x 2 second squeeze – This is more like a 50 second hold in which you release your contraction on ever 2nd second count. So you hold for two, then release and immediately hold for another two.
151 - 200 → 5 x 5 second squeeze similar to the 2 second squeeze, but these squeezes are performed with the hardest contraction. When you do these, imagine that you are trying to lift the tip of your penis, not just squeeze the PC at the base. This is the quencher. Be good at this and you will go very far.

201-220 → rest the PC muscle. Focus on making it as relaxed as possible.


221 – 260 → The PC hold. I do this while brushing my wisdom teeth – an often neglected part of the mouth. These are the teeth right at the back and there are four of them. I spend 10 seconds on each one for a total of 40 seconds. HOLD YOUR PC AS HARD AS YOU EVER HAVE FOR THESE 40 SECONDS. Take deep breaths if you have to. JUST DON’T LET GO. Your PC should be on fire by the end.
There you go. Easy to do, doesn’t take a lot of time, gives good results.

Slow Contraction

Another exercise to implement into your workouts is the Slow Contraction (I forget what the original name for the exercise is, as I found out about it years ago on other sites).
Easy to do while you brush your teeth
Each set consists of three stages:
1. Starting position: completely relaxed. Contract slowly for a 5 second count gradually building the force of your contraction until, at "5" you are 100% contracted
2. Starting position: completely contracted - hold at 100% or 110% - ie contract as hard as possible for a 5 second count
3. Starting position: completely contracted - gradually release the contraction until, at the 5 second count you are completely relaxed
repeat 5 times

Well I suffer from bouts of depression so maybe people w/ a more balanced chemical makeup dont see a noticeable difference in that department.

What’s crazy is I started to do this and my pelvic floor muscles have become very weak. I think that a whole new routine is necessary for me. They’ve always been strong and resilient but I have slept on doing pelvic floor work for a minute. Thanks for the reminder.
