I started taking creatine for the very 1st time earlier this week but hadn't done PE or masturbated since taking it. Last night I did a small girth session then masturbated and I felt a nice increase in stamina.
Today I checked the label on the creatine and it says not to mix w/ MAO inhibitors.
So is creatine supposed to have anti-depressant effects?
Have you noticed this Dutch? Or anyone else care to comment on creatine sexual effects?

No I never heard of creatine being an anti depressant or have sexual side effects. That is new for me.

Well we can safely assume that the pc muscles are like the skeletal muscles in the rest of our body. You can overtrain them or wear them out with extreme over the top training etc. It can also absorb the creatine that lifters use as a supplement for their strength gains. I’d say it increases your main lifts by 10% Like when you can bench 100 kg you can do 110% max.

Indirectly I think we could apply this philosophy to the pc muscles. I think they benefit from supplements like creatine but it will be a slight increase like 5-10% in strength gains. Or more endurance if you will.

So no sexual side effects directly in that sense. It is an aid for your kegel training and gym training and it increases DHT by 54% above baseline. So that’s even better to have.

10% stronger pc muscles sounds good to me which I think leads to better control of bloodflow & plateauing and thus a better performance I guess.

when and who should do this? Only people who are growing still in puberty or does this apply to everybody?
 
I noticed the muscle relationships while ejaculating, there's like this press-and-release action, so I isolated which muscles were at work and then did a few hundred of that motion while on the shitter. Best place to do it really, you can experiment with all different types of muscle relationships and as hard as you like - you're not exactly gonna piss or shit yourself. Plus, there's no free couple of minutes like while you're waiting around on the jon, especially for kegels.

I've been doing more standard kegels after my current routine of expressive stretching using a lengthmaster to counteract any potential negative from the intense stretch to the area where those muscles are located near.

Not quite, I hit up a few reverse kegels while expressive stretching, and once the session has ended i will do some standard kegels to kinda tighten it up.

Always best to do reverse Kegels when stretching and then doing Kegels when doing girth work.
 
Recently I started kegeling again doing 100 kegels every morning before getting out of bed. The goal is stronger, harder erections as I get to 100% erections when I am extremely turned on with a chick otherwise even watching adult entertainment I am only at 85-90%.

Which kegel routine have you gotten the best results with and how long did it take?
I did a 2 days break from Kegels now and may do a 3-1 ratio from now on or so (reverse every day or every second and Kegels to every third of those sessions or so...)

For me, I don't really count the amount of kegels I do. I just kegel as much as I can throughout the day.
