I am confident jelqs and kegals combined would increase the mass altogether. Whether or not you gain length or girth depends on technique. Higher erection levels tend to impact girth. Lower levels generally work up length. It's not an exact science by any means but it is possible to find a level that works both. Although, without kegals, you're never going to be able to maintain any level for very long.

Ssjs have a reputation as the lord of all jelqs. I wouldn't recommend jumping right into that if you're new. If you're lucky you may never need to work your way up to the more intense material.

Whether you're in or out, definitely try kegals. Do 500 a day for a week. You'll see a difference in hardness and possibly be encouraged to give this all a go, should you be on the fence. well for length you need to cause vertical pressure....for diameter it should be horizontal......
but when you jelq..the pressure is mainly horizontal and little amount is vertical....but if you pull as you are ending one jelq then you will gain in length majorly as well

Yes, they will increase both. The harder you are the more it will produce girth gains while the softer you are the more it will bring length gains. There are better exercises for length though, jelqing is mainly a girth exercise.
