Here a a amazing routine for the intermediate to advanced Pe're from my bro forgiven, I love this routine and do it as well. He made it up for me as well, soI thought I would share it with you all. I do this one week, and then a special routine by DLD for me another week. Cheers! Thanks forgiven!

Plyometric blasters followed by traditional blasters
mid-day:
Pc health

Dld girth busters

Testicle health

Wendesday
morning:
Rotary blasters followed by 8 sets of 30 sec lazy ass stretches
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Supra's slammers
bedtime:
Testicle health

Thursday
morning
Pulse 110's followed by Dld shock stretch supersets
mid-day:
Pc health
evening:
Dld girth busters
bedtime:
Testicle health

Friday
morning:
Traditional blasters

is it good to do Penis Enlargement twice on the same day? and every day? I realize you are working different parts but wouldnt it be better to do the stretching and the girth in the same workout? just seems like theres no healing time
 
antlovesteph: what is a supra slammer?
You can find out what a supra slammer is by doing a search on it. It is a great exercise that has become a mainstay of many people's routines. Basically as far as I understand it, you get yourself fairly well engorged by edging, then perform a uli with one hand, then while still holding that you use the other hand to perform a jelq. Then repeat.
- Supra please correct me if I've got that wrong!

Also I have a couple of questions of my own:
Wouldn't this routine be nearly impossible for most people to fit in, what with work and other commitments? How much time overall does this take, and how many people here have managed to successfully implement it?

Also I notice the trend is for length in morning, girth in evening. What's the reasoning behind this? I was under the impression that it was better to do girth in the morning, or at least to do length after girth? (as the fatigue after doing girth makes stretching easier)
