I do not warm up. I just go in to Penis Enlargement everyday directly. Is this a bad thing? I mean does warming up before Penis Enlargement make you gain more faster?

Having said that, it is good to mention that this worming up the tunica and ligaments can take up different forms:

- 300 jelqs before stretching
- massaging pens before stretching
- doing warm up stretches
- hot wrap
- etc.
 
Warm ups help with loosening tissue and preparing it for the intense work you are doing. A warm up can be a light stretching session, flaccid pumping, a heating pad, a warm shower, etc.

That is me most of the time too, some light newbie stretches in all directions. A little bit of massage on the ligaments.

I actually never warmed up. But then I started reading and realized it was worth a try. Now i always warm up.

I just hang the head of my cock under my bathroom sink with really warm water. The sensation of the heat going into your body is pretty interesting. But the immediate results of longer stretches tells me that tissue is more pliable and less likely to get damaged.

i also jelq in the shower with organic soap. The soap is less harsh on my skin and is a good lube for jelqs, but the main thing again is the ease of warming up.
 
I did some experimenting with a heating pad many years ago and I did find that my penis was much more pliable and stretchable after long periods wrapped in an electric heating pad. Basically I would get my length in, sit with the heating pad for a few hours, hit length again, sit with the heating pad again for a few hours and then hit girth. Things I noticed different than not using it was pliability, stretchability, extreme long flaccid hang and absolutely no pain or soreness. Today I can't do this for lack of privacy but if you have the time and the privacy it is definitely worth a try.
 
I believe a proper warmup is vital.

I use a rice sock to heat my dick up for 20 minutes before my girth workout. I have stopped doing warm downs though.
 
Should I be doing a warm down after stretching if I put on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] right after stretching?
Also, is it bad to stop a stretching session in the middle to put on a heating pad for a minute then continue stretching or is that beneficial?

when it comes to stretching, warming up is a must or I will turtle like crazy. Girth, its iffy, it either lessens my EQ or my expansion will be incredible. I know the political answer is to say yes but its personal preference.
 
If there is time it is always best to warm up and down, if time is milted at least start your session out light and allow yourself to loosen up naturally.

I never warmed up neither when I was actively training for length gains. But it is good to warmup, as this will help you avoid injury.

I normally start my routine and go gently for the first 5 minutes. That first 5 minutes of the routine is what I use as my warmup.
