basicly i do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but 1 minute each stretch rather than 30 seconds. followed by dld blasters, 25 of them, then 20 of 10 seconds mandingo stretches. also warm up and down for ten minutes but with 30 seconds stretches every side. and does rotaries have to be done slow? or just a moderate intense stretch will do?

i dont do jelqing because im quite ok with being 7 inches in girth lol.

my stats are as follows

bpfsl 8.2
nbpel 6.8
eg 7

i know i havent added more types of measurements but will soon.

will i gain from this? i have been doing this routine for about a week and i must say my dick exceeds 7 inches in nbpel when im insanely erect because of this routine and my dick seems to hang all the time especially in flacid state, looks and feels awesome to.

also this routine for me takes about two hours to do
 
That sounds like just what you need! Good workout. With 7" of girth you need no girth work.
