He is one of the first members here, I think he was 3rd. He was a pioneer in many parts of the PE process particularly in clamping, most see him as the originator of clamping. He is away now but when he comes back you will see just how advanced Red is. It is a good idea to read through his threads to gain excellent knowledge He spent much time in the development of girth and width exercises. I believe his girth was close to 7"
