Quite controversial,because i hve read about guys that have gained almost zero.there are so many reasons why a man doesnt gain.


quitting too soon.

Not being consistent enough

Having unreal expectations

Hitting a Plateau n stopping not being able to start a new routine.

Not applying enough intensity,maybe having a great routine but lack of intensity can be a reason why gains arent showing...

Days off.e.g.2 weeks off in one month...

spending very little time exercising... remember PE is a marathon not a damn race..:)

Never heard of anyone doing everything correct and still not gaining?

Every man can gain and if they have not gained they should come to the Brothers and let us know. The physical reason many men fall into a position of slow or no gains is usually due to 2 factors. One is poor form, or not performing the exercises correctly and two, there is not enough intensity used. There is the mental factor that should be considered too. Belief in what you are doing is vital to making gains happen, disbelief will bring little to no gains.
 
Sounds totally like soreness, work through it. Perhaps the strained feeling is just a shorter ligament catching up to a longer one. Be progressive in starting up again but you should be at full force within a week or two.
 
I would say for the same reason you see guys in the gym for years who are still lifting the same weights and look exactly the same.
 
Work hard to achieve what you desire and believe that it will happen and it will. PE is for the very few men in this world that has what it takes to make their goals happen.

It is a tough nut to crack but you are cracking it or you would not be here, you have to have some belief or why bother coming around? I think you have more belief than you know.

Takes time n things can get heavy n stressful hope the whole mess gets solved and everything gets in place evrything should get better for me:)thanks for your words once again, one of the reasons im still around the brotherhood is because is one of the few ""places"" i enjoy being part of...:)
