Ok, so I'm not sure if this method has been done or posted on this forum before, but I found out about it a few nights ago and let me just give you some prior warning; DAMN this shit is INTENSE!

Method
1. This jelq has to be done with some lube, be prepared!
2. Get fully 100% erect, and lubricate your member and hands
3. Using an OK grip with your left hand, grip onto your penis at the very very base of the shaft.
4. Without letting go, kegel in some blood so your 110% erect
5. Using a reverse OK grip with your right hand, grip tightly at the base right next to your other hand.
6. Slowly but tightly pull your right hand up to your glands and let go (keep the left hand locked at the base tight still)
7. Kegel in a pump of blood and repeat the jelq with your right hand in a reverse OK grip.

etc..

Time/amounts
Ok so what I do is like I said above, I try to make each jelq last about 3-5seconds, and do it 5 times before releasing the grip at the base and then do a set of 5 normal jelqs, then go back so the method which I have just explained. So a set of 5 intense ones with kegels involved, then 5 normal with no kegels, then intense, etc... I do this so I've done 100 strokes all in all. (50 norm 50 intense) But i do another seperate 100 normal jelqs before this, as a warm up so to speak.
More experienced Penis Enlargement'ers might want to up the amount to feel some real intensity, but considering I'm a noob I really don't want to over-do it, especially considering that this method is so intense...

Theory
As a number of members have already noted, to see gains in your erect state, you must jelq in your erect state... Simple... This method is basically just pushing the boundaries, as you don't do this at 100% because of the kegels involved, as well as trapping the circulation with the OK grip at the base, you are all ways at 110% atleast. You must do these in small sets however, considering the fact you kegel in and trap more blood after every stroke, if you were to try and do 100 of these straight up your dick would probably explode... PLEASE don't over-do it, you really can feel the pressure during each induvidual jelq, it's crazy!



Ok so I hope my words are easily visualised, and I reccomend everyone trying these as they are pretty hardcore... Like i said before, I woulden't be suprised if this method has been posted up before, but I hope I've helped out someone along the lines!

so to speak yes it is, but with a reverse OK grip with the jelqing hand and kegeling inbetween every jelq... woulden't be suprised if you've tried it and claimed it already DLD, simple method and theory involved, but really does feel intense compared to normal jelqing!

Thanks mission, I will add this to the list of ones to try. With all the new exercises my head is spinning.
