OMG, I need to say that if anyone here is doing the DLD blasters and the A stretch and has not gained from them, then you are doing the stretch incorrectly.
I was doing them for about two months now... or so I thought. What I was doing was pulling my dick over my wrist and then pulling downward. I felt a stretch. I thought I was doing the exercise correctly. I expected gains.
Well, out of curiosity, I messed around with my grip and such about a week ago. What I did is pull my dick down over my wrist... just to lock into this position. Once this position was locked and I can feel the tension at the base of my penis, I pulled straight out with my other hand (the other directly behind my penis head). And, I have to say, it is the most incredible thing I've ever felt.
Apparently, there is a lot of confusion on these boards as to whether you're supposed to pull down or straight out. Some poster even posted that he was stretching down and didnt achieve any gains.
From what I realized myself is that you first pull your dick down over your wrist (as shown in DLD's illustration). But this is all the illustration shows. This is just the set position. Once you feel the tension here, you have to pull STRAIGHT OUT with your lead hand. I reverse kegeled and INSTANTLY felt myself gaining length. It was as if my body could no longer hold my penis inside it. It needs to come out!
Also, I have pretty thick wrists. About 8" around. So while holding my penis in the set position, my dick is being flattened against my wrist, and this is really giving myself a girth workout at the same time, specifically the width of my penis.
I've also noticed that once I've started doing these blasters, I have been having RAGING ERECTIONS. I generally only stay at like 85-90% until I'm about to cum (unless I'm with a girl, where I can stay fully hard), but in the past few days, I have been getting rock hard and staying like that for a long time. A definitely welcome side effect.
Finally, to intensify the stretch even more... what I do is rotate my wrist vertically (as you would if you were giving a thumbs up). I do this to reduce the girth of my wrist. I then move my wrist further down the shaft to stretch the ligs at different points. This works incredible.
I really felt as if I was gonna tear my dick off. These stretches are incredible. DLD is the master. You need to take the time to make sure you're doing these correctly, because if done correctly, I dont think there is an exercise in Penis Enlargement that can even compare. My ligs are incredibly sore. I think I'm going to take my first day off tomorrow.
