Listen guys,

Im not happy with my girth. I find myself thinking this isnt going to work. I havent seen any good pics of people really making gains.
Maybe im not looking right, or maybe this isnt going to work and it's another scam.
Well Im up for the challenge...

I just want to gain 0.7 INCH in girth.. ONLY GIRTH. Should be doable.. If I look at some other peoples goals.
Im going to start today. I will buy vasaline if nescessary, but I'm not buying any pumps as I don't see that working.

Can anyone give me good advice on how to start my excersises?

Or you could just start with 10 minutes jelqing, and put 2 minutes on until you reach 20 minutes. That's what i did.

Start off with a 5 minute warmup to help prevent injury. Just jelq at near full erection for a couple weeks, then at 100% erection if possible from then on. Jelqs are the most fundamental exercise, and are for both length and girth, but is known as a great starter exercise for conditioning. The more erect you are, the more they help add girth. Start off with 15-20 minutes jelqing and work your way up as you become more conditioned.

You will need Vaseline or some type of lubrication, but vaseline lasts the longest. The big jar of "Equate" brand is much cheaper than the Vaseline brand, btw. Then I would recommend adding in Slow Squash Jelqs to your routine after a month or so. Check those out. They are one of the best manual girth exercises, but also one of the most intense. Start off with just a couple minutes of these added to your jelq routine at first.

I would start doing kegels throughout the day as well, as these will strengthen your pc muscle and allow you to bring more blood in to work with, which is what you want. When I jelq, I like to do it relatively slowly and kegel just before I grip at the base every couple jelqs, which forces more blood into the movement and makes it quite a bit more intense.

PE does work, if you have proper form and number 1- are consistent. You can't do it half-ass 2-3 times a week and expect big gains. I would probably do it 2 on 1 off to start or as much you can (just listen to your body), but when I made my biggest gains i was doing 5-6 days straight with 1-2 days rest once I had proper conditioning. Also, refrain from getting off within at least 6-8 hours of girth work. Your routine will be much more effective this way.

Read around the forum to gain knowledge on PE, and stay consistent and dedicated. If you do that, you will meet your goal. Measure mid-shaft before you start, and measure again in like a month. I wouldn't do it before that. There aren't thousands of members here for free just to scam people; we're here because it works.
 
I don't know if AndroidR made a joke, but i strongly advise you not to do erect jelqs, not even close to 100 % erect.
That's probably the most insane and most stupid thing i have ever heard.
And seriously ? Start with 15 to 20 minutes? That's just madness! Just start slow, and build up.
I am not saying that no one should jelq with 100 % erect, but seriously advice a newbie to do 100 % erect jelqs?

And you may wanna start with 2 days on 1 day off - Or 5 days on 2 days off, you could also do 1 on 1 off.

I am doing the 1 on 1 off routine.

If you want to gain girth, you have to do erect work. Hence why I said to start off under erect when you first begin PEing, but to build your way up to doing erect jelqs. You offer 10 minute jelqs, but say 15 minutes is "madness"? An extra 5 minutes is "madness"? Get your shit straight.

You will get 0 to little gains with one day on, one day off and that small of a workload. That's not safe; just called laziness. If that's you trying to be "safe", then you probably don't cross the street when there are zero cars coming unless you're at a fucking cross walk to be "safe".

What I suggested is a safe routine if you have proper form and listen to your body as I suggested, and will bring you solid gains as a newbie. I've spent countless hours reading posts from guys on here, especially DLD and other veterans who know what they are talking about. That's what I base my advice off of. Next time, make sure you know what you're talking about before you try and call someone else out.

I have been jelqing for over 2 years.
And i have gained and i am happy with my gains.
I have done 100 % jelqs.. and it was pain pain pain pain...turtle turtle...

And seriously most people on here don't even jelq, they just talk shit about something they should be doing..

I am new to this but know that I have been doing flaccid and semi jelqs the last 3 days but nothing gets the blood in like the erect jelq, also erect jelqs seem to make the head bigger too which is what I want. I just did about 3 mins and my cock hasnt looked wider so I am sold. Also it's not rocket science if it hurts too much then you are doing it too hard, ease up a bit
