Cheers man and I'm really pleased that finally I have the gain in length I wanted, infact this is the biggest length I have EVER HAD! However I must remain consistent otherwise I could lose it, no way it'll all be cemented growth yet from only 2 months [8 weeks] of pe and I'll need to hit it more often for the next 4 months or so to be sure and hopefully see more gains towards that 9 inch goal.
Forgot to say that I think its safe to say I have helped prove that less can be more in terms of the amount of time spent doing pe for length work and gone against the grain of what is usually thought, doing daily sessions and not missing one otherwise you dont grow well.
Looking through my routine I havent been blasting my ligaments eachday and yet I have great gains and often is the case guys are scared to miss sessions in fear of loseing gains and hopefully now this will show that you can do that.
Exercise intensely with frequent rest afterwards for repair and growth to take place, than hit it again with more intensity and repeat but dont overwork your penis which I think often is the case and hence it doesnt grow.
Good thread on ligaments here that you may find useful in understanding how ligaments actually respond to stretching, they do have a huge window of opportunity before they heal up which again is often overlooked in favour of daily workouts.
Outstanding, Red. This is great news because it confirms my latest thinking that "less is more." I went at P.E. back in 2003 (on my own) very much like DLD did. But the more I do research on-line and read, the more I think that the "less is more" theory has legitimate weight. It also corroborates information I learned from German Stallion about coaxing your dick ever so gently into lengthening during a stretching session.
