This is true but I really would like to have a rep on the board who can answer these issues with greater speed. I am thinking about asking Agust if I can serve this function and have access to customer data.

Exactly what I was thinking, they should get you on the clock as well. You would be able to save them so much hassle! :)
 
I know I'd be much happier if someone here could answer me or give me tracking.
