I have been doing my PE strictly for 3 months, before 1,5 months only [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session 20 minutes each and I dont see any results yet.
My routine:
Morning: Warm up (10 min), Basic stretching, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (15 min)
Evening: Warm up (10 min), Basic stretching, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (15 min), Basic Jelqing (200), Slow squash jelqing (30 – 45 min) , [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (20 min) , warm down , PC muscle kegels 50x5s hold x2s rest.
Any thoughts why I dont have any gains?
