yesterday i found about this forum.

Well i am 4.7 inches (12cm) so i wanna bring it up to 5.5 or even more if possible.

I searched for the FAQ but couldn't find it, so can you help me, introducing a workout to me? (stretching exercises only if possible)

P.S. Hmm, i am a bit sceptic about this, because i read somewhere before that penis enlargement is just impossible, because penis can't stretch anymore. Or if it does the results are not permanent, is that true?
 
IF you stretch a lacky band for a year will it ever return to its normal size.. No... at 4.7 inches you have alot to gain IMO.. i started at 5.2.. You can get to 5.5 inches within months.. do the newb routine but triple the stretches listed on there. you will gain really easily..

That's true, i agree.

By saying to triple the the stretches, do you mean to triple the time for stretching (90 secs each) or the repetitions(9 reps)?

Also when is best to do it, morning/evening?

9 reps if u can. or just as much as possible

Hmm, does masturbation have anything to do with the whole proccess. Like do i have to avoid masturbating any time near Penis Enlargement exercising?
 
alrite mate i started at the begining of the year and in the 1st month i gained 3 quarters of an inch in length and girth stopped for about 2 months and my gains if anything probly were a bit bigger still,,there permenant trust me,,started this 2 weeks ago no pain no gain:O
 
I remember reading that somewhere and some stats about guys who masturbated during pe and guys who didnt and the guys who didnt gained more but I dont know if this is true or not but im just playing it safe and only masturbating once a week

masturbate as much as you like but note that the more you do it the more tired your dick will be so you wont be 100 % erect and it will seem like you havent gained anything or even that you lost some size. Just make sure to stop masturbation/Penis Enlargement 48 hours before a serious measurment so you give your penis the best opportunity to be at its best! also dont get into a habbit of measuring. thats where i went wrong and it got me obsessed and skeptical.

1. What's the difference between the stretch behind the cheeks and straight out? I don't get this part.

2 What lubricant should i use and where to find it? I dunno anything about them as of how i never used any(oh and don't give me online shops because deliveries are too expensive for my country). Also, may i use that same lubricant for the testicle health massage?

1. BTC puts more pressure on your suspensory ligament, while straight out may put more strain on your tunica and stretch it
2. Vaseline
