I have been steadily Penis Enlargement'ing even though I haven't posted much in a while. I've been focusing on Bluewhale's Mandingo stretch for length and dry jelqs and slow squash jelqs for girth. I've been doing length focus one day....and girth focus the next day, alternating days.

Unfortunately, my gains have been very, very minimal. I've been at this for about 3.5 years now, with various routines, but mostly a focus on dry jelqs, stretchs, clamping, and slow squash jelqs.

My NBP length is just over 7" while my erect girth is 5.25" mid and 5.75" base. After a good session of dry jelqs and slow sqash jelq, my mid-shaft girth goes up to 5.75", but I just haven't been successful converting this into permanent gains.

Could I have reached my peak ability? How do I know? CAN I know?

FWIW, I started at 6x5....and my ultimate goal is 8x6
 
Sounds like you and I might be at a similar point. I am going take a week or so break, and then resume doing a one day on one day off routine. It appears to me that something about training every day seems to make most people's dick's condition to the stress rather than grow. I think tailoring the frequency with which you Penis Enlargement to your body's recovery rate is the key to gains. Some people just can recover in a day. For the rest of us we take a day off.
 
i have the same exact starting measurements, current measurements, and time span within the program as you do. i am also experiencing the same damn thing, no girth gains for what seems an eternity. i am almost through with my first month of deconditiong. i am taking 3 months completely off from jelqing my dick (cant even squeeze the last drops out when takin a whiz). when i restart after this calculated and agreed upon (at thunder's) deconditioning length of time, i am supposed to gain another .25" in girth within the first month back slowly building up the number of jelqs (how we all gained in the beginning). i am convinced this is what is going to finally do it for me... if not then i will probably have to give Penis Enlargement a final rest
 
you dont have a limit of gaining you can keep growing as long as you put the effort but taken a break helps to help you recover the skin that got stetched
 
hey guys, i just wanna say my routine has been in transition for a few months now and i think cutting back my erect work has definitely helped overall. i have been an every day guy pretty much since i started, but lately i've been doin ALOT of erect work(about 1-1.5hours a day) and not seeing any gains. this last week i decided to cut out the erect work and focus on flaccid stretchin with the length
