How often do you take rest days

Some go 7 days like dld and some guys take rest days. How often do you take rest days if u do. I'm on 1 on 1 off currently.
 
I'm currently on my 12th week of phase 2 and I go 6 in a row with one day off. I go from Sunday to Friday with Saturday being a rest day.
 
In training, and I do 2 days on, 1 day off. But I jelq/kegal just about everyday.
Is it ok to stretch when your cock is sore as shit...last night I didnt stretch cause when I tried stretching, it was uncomfortable, and somewhat painful...do you just go really light?

Ok than your penis is in rest-shape and put him in the paints to have little rest.Don't over do it.For me that's the sign that i did very good strech session before that day.
Listen i think that 1 day off 1 day on,on kegels routine is better,maybe i am wrong,but with kegels u are training your penis muscle(muscle like biceps,abdoman)not the ligament like a penis,and i think that all that "pure muscles" need a rest for 24 h.Jelging every day seems to be alright.Tell me about doing kegels everyday.Thanks.
 
No matter what anyone says you will fatigue your unit if you go at it daily.

From what I learned if girth is a goal of yours, you dont need to rest from beating your penis up but when you come back from a day off your unit will be mega hard. When I went daily it was 85-90% hard and a girth workout like that is a waste of time.

Base rest on the intensity of your workouts and the conditioning of your dong.
 
Its all on the person...for me it seems the more I train a week the more my penis retracks (shrinks). I went back on my logs and I seem to have grown more on 3 days a week (every other day) and take the weekends off but I was also a newbe then. I'm trying 2 on 1 off and weekends of right now for about 2 weeks.....we'll see how it goes.

The best reason to keep track of routines. A daily journal, that may seem obsessive, will create the road map to your personal gains.
