about 1.75" in 5 years. The exercises I used I basically invented as I went along. I started my girth work using the jelq but as I got the feel for the already known jelq I knew there had to be better methods. Since then I have used, in this order, 1st) DLD Double Forced Jelq and Bend with Super-Sets of Compression Squeezes 2nd) DLD Supersets (made up of C-Jelqs, DLD Bends
and Isolated Compression Squeezes 3) DLD GIRTH BUSTERS and most recently: The Notorious Slow Sqaush Jelqs ala DLD:D

First year was tough, just getting the swing of things I had to find what worked for me. My first year was about .5" to .75". As far as what I did, I thought I posted that above?
 
I have gained about 3/8 of an inch from a looong history of on/off Penis Enlargementing.. The last real 1/8 was put on in the past couple of months from consistent Penis Enlargementing, now I seem to be getting even more into Penis Enlargement- which is great!- and am seeing 5.25 non clamped MSEG.. Hope to see 5.5 by the end Oct... Im really going for it now!!!

Disciple of Redzulu2003; been following his constrictor guide. About 1/2 hour a day maybe; sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
 
I've gained a bit over half an inch in the 18 months of Penis Enlargement, but a good portion of that 18 months was strictly length training. I'd say I trained girth with wet jelqs and horse squeezes for the first three months, then did no girth for almost a year. The last few months I have picked back up on girth, doing clamping mostly, with some wet jelqs for good measure.

Overall, I'd say I gained about half of my girth in the first three month girth training period, and half of my girth in the last few months of girth training. At this rate, it is about 1" per year (but obviously some diminishing returns apply).
 
good stuff, so you basically picked up like, 1/4" the first 3 months, and another the past months from hitting girth again. Hows your am/pm routine working out for you. How much time on girth each session?

Recently, I've been doing 30 minutes of dash rap three times daily, evenly spaced. Keep the gains coming!
 
I gained .5 inch from a period of 3-5 months. This is from jelqing anyhwhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours at 80+% erection levels.

just jelq everyday for half an hour and do 400 kegels for the rest of you life!in a few years...take a ruler and measure!!!you will be tottaly amazed from the results!thats all i can say!forget about stretching and all the stuff!jelq is the answer.in the a long term you can gain few inches both in girth and length.just jelq for the rest of you life every morning for half an hour.make it second nature to you!just like eating!thats the only way to achieve!

So what you are saying is that if you do the exact same routine indefinetely you would continually see gains? WRONG! Why do you thnk bodybuidlers have to constantly change their weightlifting routines every couple weeks? Because their bodies get used to it. On top of that stretching is an easy way to add length and is of the utmost importance to be stretched in order to allow gains in girth.
 
LENGTH by far. There are so many ways to add length compared to girth it's no wonder why. On top of that just about every girth exercise adds at least a little bit of length.

For me it has to be girth, for length I have to pull like a motherfucker and don't feel like I am going anywhere but with girth I can really feel the tissues stretching like my dicks going to pop. I use wet jelqs, slow compression squeeze and clamping and I have gained 0.5inch in three months.
 
i agree guys with what you are saying...but...i am positive that if you have gained 1+inch in girth and 1 inch in length through jelqing and continue to jelq for half an hour a day you will maintain the results..thats important to me..gain what you want to gain ..start with 200 jelqing and add 25 jelqing every week until you reach 600 jelqing..remain ta this pace for two or three months.try some stretching when you have the chance and everything is going to be fine...and when you reach your goal!then remain ata 600 jelqs for the rest of you life to remain the results..even to increase them a little!another question here.while you start seeing gains then everything is going quicker?i mean that ,everything is difficult until you see the first gains right?when you see the first gains then the gains will come up sooner!am i correct?

I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for over 2 years now. For about a year of it I didn't train as hard as I should/could have though. But I can't dwell on the past and I give it my all now. Btw, I think I'll be able to back up TheGRIP's 1" in 6 months claim, as I have measured at 8.5" bp(on multiple days) after only 1.5 months of hanging.
